Each of them has blown us away with how smart they are. They quickly solved any and all issues we were having. They even understood the dental software we were using and were able to advise us on upcoming changes In HIPPA computer requirements so that we were prepared and ready. They made sure that digital security software was secure and essential data software backup systems and protocols were set up. Anything that came up they quickly resolved. I have recommended VQIS to 2 other dental practice owners since the original dentist I worked for retired. Each dentist owner experienced the same great service and top quality expertise! The network specialist even able to set up remote access for employees and the dentist to work from home years before the 2020 COVID rush to work from home came upon the world. They were able to set up the network with top encryption and a VPN, Virtual Private Network, making it so that our network was not even able to be seen, which protected the data even further. Whether it was setting up individual scanners at each workstation or problem shooting when our xray software was not working. VQIS has fixed any and all problems we ever had.
