I was surprised by how many shoes they had considering the place is kind of small. There were 2 sales people that greeted me warmly. Both were working on freight however, one of them (I didn't get her name) stopped and started asking me questions to discover my needs. I have relatively narrow feet but they swell so I typically need a wide fitted shoe. Add to that, I need a higher arch in order to not have extremely sore feet by the end of my work day. (I spend the bulk of my day on my feet.) She was very knowledgeable about what was in the store and explained many benefits and had some tips on getting something that might work. The first shoe was a little big but sizing down didn't work either. Second shoe was too small/tight but sizing up worked. The third shoe was just right. (You had to see that analogy coming.) While I didn't want to buy two pair of shoes, I bit the bullet and got both. It was a little pricey but my feet deserve to be comfortable. I'll be going back to get comfy, cute sandals soon

Drive no further, my friends...super shoes has the largest selection of hiking and work boots I've seen in Lancaster county, hands down. Merrell, Hi Tek, Timberlake, Keen, Columbia...they're all here, plus clothing from carhartt and other work brands. Had a clearance room also, with good names present. Had sneakers by Nike, new Balance, Sketchers. Didn't check out the women's shoes, as that's not how I roll. Only gripe is that they would not price match amazon, so I paid extra for the cost of convenience. Store is clean, well lit, and has clean bathrooms. Prices were on par with retail, with some good deals. Unlike other yelpers observations, crew working today was helpful and friendly. Definately will return for boot related needs!

We were very pleasantly surprised to stumble into this new store today on our shopping trip. There were a lot of shoppers inside the store. We saw many exciting new styles and new colors on display. Lots of jibbitz available to personalize your own pair of clogs. Many staff all over the store and it wasn't an issue getting help relatively quickly. It's a fun and practical store to visit. For this location, it's all about the shoes/boots given the selection. I've lucked out with a couple of coats also. That said I've found the prices on their shirts don't feel like Outlet/Factory. I do like the service which has always been attentive. Although it is billed as an outlet and prices overall are lower this does not affect the experience negatively. I've ordered online also and haven't had any issues so far. If visiting Lancaster/Tanger, check them out.
