I even witnessed her reassurance to patients that she has cleaned everything prior to them entering the room across from her and not just words for her, I seen her though ally clean everything! Had I read ratings on this Dr. I could have spared myself a lot of stress. By the time the 4 months had passed it took to get my new patient primary care appointment, my blood pressure pills were at an end. Essentially, I went in for my 8:30am appointment. I was told I was late at 8:30am. I am in the healthcare portal. I apologized. I said I could wait. I had two hours. The Dr. came out and said I was late. I apologized. I said I could wait. The Dr. said I would have to reschedule. I apologized. I said I would. The Dr. then said I needed to find a new physician. That got to me. I teared up and told her I needed a renewed script for my two blood pressure medications. She said to go to the ER walk in. I begged. She said she wasn't my Dr. and closed the door. All of this happened in an empty waiting room as Todd (nurse at desk) watched. My BP is quite high and I am at risk for a stroke without medication. I then looked at the health ratings about her online with new eyes. Please review them. I believe the negative ones say a great deal of what you may expect with this practice. Be careful. Take care of yourself. I hate posting this. I work in an academic setting with healthcare professionals that often get dinged unfairly. I have good friends in the medical field. I am posting this as this behavior is highly unusual.

I did read some negative reviews but decided to chance it. Low and behold her office calls this morning and says no I can't come at that time because I am new patient. REALLY!! I have to wait till August. Oh well I guess I should have paid attention to the negative reviews and off to urgent care I go.
