While the shop appears to excel in its core rental business--reflected in consistently positive customer reviews and a strong reputation for providing a smooth, enjoyable rental experience--the same level of performance does not seem to carry over to its sales and customer communication practices. In particular, the sales process felt less organized and attentive than expected. Communication around product availability, follow-up, and overall customer engagement could be improved to better match the high standard set by the rental side of the business. Clearer, more proactive communication and a more structured approach to sales would likely enhance customer confidence and satisfaction. Given the success of the rental operation, there is a strong foundation to build upon. I would suggest that by aligning the sales activity that has been primarily driven by the 2025/26 AVA rebate program to closely match what has been demonstrated in rentals would significantly strengthen the overall customer experience. In addition it appears based on investigation additional costs to consumers ( shipping and to some users higher assembly costs) were added when submitting a sales request via the AVA program. Based on these experiences I would not recommend using Pedego for the reminder of the 2026 AVA program.. I hope this constructive feedback is helpful and contributes to continued improvement.

Walking into Dick's Sporting Goods to buy softball equipment for my daughter was honestly…read morestressful. I know nothing about softball, and trying to figure out cleats, bats, gloves, and sizes felt overwhelming fast. Last week I rushed in at the last minute trying to find cleats and thought I was going to lose my mind. Marlena helped us and she was wonderful. She stepped right in, helped us find the right cleats quickly, and immediately took the pressure off the situation. We came back this week because we still needed a bat and a few other things. Cat helped us this time and she was incredible. She took the time to measure my daughter and explain what size bat would actually work for her. That meant a lot because I truly had no idea what I was doing. What stood out most was how encouraging she was with my daughter. She didn't just help us buy equipment, she made my daughter feel excited and confident about playing. As a mom, that kind of encouragement means everything. The store was clean, organized, great value and the softball section had a lot of options which made it fun for my daughter to explore while we figured things out. Huge thank you to Marlena and Cat for helping a very stressed mom navigate the world of softball gear.

You're spending a good amount of money on a cooler only for it to not work and no one be able to help you. I brought my 2000 Harley Sportster 883 to Ol Skool & LS Motorsports after dealing with some ongoing…read moreissues for a while which included an oil leak and fuel/air mixture issues leading to "lean sneeze" and power loss when accelerating. Before contacting Ol Skool & LS Motorsports, I previously contacted several other shops in which I was told they didn't want to take on the work for a Harley Sportser, which was pretty frustrating. Lawrence, the owner, was willing to take it on--and I'm really glad he did. He replaced the rocker box top seals and push rod gaskets, rebuilt and tuned the carburetor to match my exhaust and S&S intake, and re-gasketed the air intake system. He also tracked down and fixed both an oil leak and a separate gas leak from the carburetor. Since getting the bike back, it's been running great. What stood out most to me was how easy Lawrence was to work with. He stayed in touch throughout the whole process, kept me updated, and explained things in a way that actually made sense. His pricing was very fair too, especially considering the amount of work that went into it. If you've got a bike that other shops won't touch or can't figure out, I'd definitely recommend Ol Skool & LS Motorsports. Lawrence knows his stuff and takes care of his customers.
