This was my second visit to Lodge Kohler, and this time we made it all about the spa--and wow. From the moment you arrive, everything feels intentional and elevated. The spa amenities alone are worth the trip: a refreshing plunge pool, a sauna with icy cloths, a steam room, a waterfall hot tub, and a stunning pool. It's easy to lose track of time moving from one space to the next. There's a no-technology rule, so check online for photos--but honestly, being unplugged makes the experience even better. I booked the Uniquely Yours massage, and it completely melted away my stress-filled knots. If you can, ask for Diana--she's exceptional. The optional CBD cream was a game changer and elevated the entire treatment. And the shower afterward? Incredible. Kohler doesn't do anything that doesn't come close to perfection. They capture cozy ambiance perfectly and their accommodations are top notch. This location has electronic control for the shower so you just push the button for the water and it tells you the temperature, which you can adjust to your preference. Water is provided in the mini fridge (recyclable cans) and chocolates on the bed. Plenty of lighting options in room as well, from a low desk night light, over the bed reading, and full lit room depending on your preference. Perfect location for game days as well. Absolutely beautiful hotel with a fabulous spa. Located right across the street from Lambeau Field. Cute Cafe downstairs where you can order breakfast, lunch, smoothies, and coffee drinks. Highly recommend the chicken salad croissant . The attention to detail is phenomenal. Cute chocolates on the bed when you arrive, historic photos of the Packers adorn the walls, and fabulous Kohler showers in every room. The pool is good sized and the water is pleasantly warm with 2 lap areas. In the spa, highly recommend trying one of the hydrotherapy services. It is an experience for the senses. What a fantastic hotel. The staff here is so kind and the facilities are beautiful. We checked in early and our room was ready, we got upstairs to a beautiful room with chocolates on the bed as a welcome. The room came stocked with two cans of water and had a gorgeous shower/bathroom. The shower was so cool! We also had coffee and breakfast at leap and bounds which was so good! I've stayed in Kohler at the American club and enjoyed my experience there. Lodge Kohler in Green Bay Wisconsin does not disappoint either. Although it is much smaller than the Kohler Wisconsin location, it has all the same great amenities plus an incredible coffee shop that's super cozy and should not be missed. Kohler hotels never disappoint with all the amenities, including the spa that Kohler is renowned for. Service is top-notch and anything you need is there for you. Bonus, you can't beat the location right across the walkway to Titletown and across the street from Lambeau Field. You'll pay a bit more to stay but well worth the amenities that are given. Of course Kohler is known for their beautiful bathrooms with incredible amenities and what's not to love. The bed is comfortable and pillows are great plus the rooms are quiet. Don't miss the fifth floor restaurant and bar. It has a great view of Lambeau Field, especially at night and service along with the Food are nice. There's nothing like having dinner and not have to get back in your car and travel far. (You just get on the elevator and go right to your room). I was impressed at the fact that the restaurant/lounge area was quiet and tastefully decorated, and anyone who stayed on that floor didn't have to listen to noisy music or loud conversation. Great planning for a Kohler hotel that I have come to expect. I do have to say that the chocolates upon arrival to the room are a perfect added touch and they taste incredible. Called multiple times and no answer, customer service has really changed in the last year or so. Was on hold 3x for 6 minutes each and no person. Just a recording trying to get u to go to the website. Called the Legacy, answered in 10 seconds, try it, better experience Update, tried 6 hours later and same thing, called multiple times and no answer just on hold, they must have enough money. Seriously the Legacy is top notch, prompt phone answering and it seems like they like people to stay there. We've stayed at Lodge Kohler many times but I think I'm done. Small rooms but very comfortable. The bed was so cozy I wanted to bring it home with me! Good sized bathroom and a small shower with two heads offering varying water pressure, always something unique and fun trying new Kohler products! Ridiculously good turtle chocolates on the bedside table to welcome us. Spa experience was really customized and didn't feel like a typical cookie cutter spa experience at all. Bonus, you could go back and forth to your room in your super fluffy luxe spa robe. The standards are in line with a Kohler property. The Kohler Spa was great...wish they would make it larger. I'm spoiled - I go to their largest spa in Kohler. Leaps and Bounds was a little overwhelmed in the mornings- lines for coffee. I left the property for breakfast - sad. It was a weekend- but no game. Had a great time at Lodge Kohler, stayed overnight for a conference. First I highly recommend booking a spa service before your checkin. You can put your luggage in possession of the front desk or inquire when you arrive if your room is ready to my surprise they had a room for me several hours before check in. I quick dropped off my items and then made my way to the spa. One service gets you access to their wonderful relaxation and water spa area! Personally the beds were a little too firm if not for that it would be a 5 star! Adorable chocolates left on the bed, mini fridge, hidden closet behind the mirror with robes and slippers. Not only is there an ice bin and glasses but wine glasses and wine opener. Nice work desk space with two chairs. The shower is to die for! I cranked that heat up to 110 it was wonderful! Nice spacious bathroom for getting ready. Will definitely stay in the future and they are dog friendly as well! read more

A disappointing experience. Their website took me to a third party booking service. It charged me $300 more for the room than if I'd been able to book directly. Upon checking in I was told I owed the full amount for the room that I'd already been charged by the third party. Their reservation specialist told me there was nothing she could do and dismissed me. The spa is a very lovely experience but very expensive. It would have been more acceptable had I not know that I paid so much more for the room. I was extremely disappointed. In addition I did state there would be three adults in the room and they only left two coffee cups and two coffee pods , etc. a very nice hotel too bad your website tricked me into spending so much more than I had to. I do not feel I got a great value Beware of how you book your stay!!! read more

We were super excited to stay here for a getaway with the family but the pillowcases and sheets had long black hairs and the sheet had a hole in the center. Big indicator that they were not washed and changed after the lasts guests. For $250-+ a night you want clean sheets. If this ever happens to you call front desk right away and have them changed infront of you. read more

Wow! I've only been here one night of a two night stay and I don't want to go home. This place is wonderful. Before you even get here you feel welcomed. The concierge, that's right, check again, concierge. Reaches out to you by email a few days ahead of your arrival to introduce herself (Brenda is her name.) and to ask for your travel details so she can send the shuttle to the airport to wait for you and bring you to the hotel. Bob was there right outside the door of the baggage claim to pick me up. Bob was a great tour guide on the short drive back to the hotel. Friendly and kind. He has remembered y name and where I'm from every time I see him. They also offer this complimentary shuttle from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. throughout your stay. Michael drove me around last night, he's also courteous and knowledgeable, so is the whole staff, just stellar! I haven't eaten at the restaurant yet but they have given me great directions when I couldn't find the rest of my party! I can't wait to check out the spa and eat at the restaurant. This place is great. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Green Bay already. Oh! And the rooms are super clean, sheets are sparkly clean and soft. Showers are hot and great water pressure. Bartender Ben is the best and makes one amazing bloody mary! The hotel was very clean. Compared to the main Kohler campus the service was just lacking a little. Location was fantastic. The beds were so short. Spa was not as nice as Kohler water spa. Also charging a spa fee if you didn't book 2 services even while staying in the hotel felt like we were being nickle and dimed. You would think for a $300 massage and 2 night stay you should be able to use the spa without paying extra. Bar doesnt give out itimized bills and drinks are way overpriced, makes you wonder what all your really paying for. read more

I did have to deduct one star because of the bathroom doors, which are ridiculous. This hotel is the biggest disappointment I have had in a long time. It is poorly run, service is horrible and the room has some sort of fan noise that made it impossible to sleep. Kohler should really be disappointed and this really tarnished their brand. When you stay at a Kohler facility, you have certain expectations and this place failed to meet any of them. - Dining - closed - Ran out of bagels in cafe - Took forever to check in - Ventilation in the room runs 24x7. I had to wear noise canceling headphones at night to sleep - Internet is unusable Need I say more? I would (and will in the future) avoid at all costs. read more

I scheduled a spa service online using their online scheduler. This system is the reason they are getting four stars vs five from me. The scheduling system for the spa is clunky, outdated and difficult to use. It is by far easier to call, but with today's preference for using online, they are in need of an update. That being said, the service was amazing. I scheduled two facial treatments and Ingrid was amazing. Four days later and my skin looks better than it has in a year. Was in GB for the Willie Nelson concert and spent a couple of nights here with my sister and niece. What a treat! Walking distance to Resch Center for the concert--though they also offer a hotel shuttle, which we took back and lots to do right next door in Titletown. The room was lovely and, of course the bathroom was amazing--it is Kohler after all. But the true stand out was the spa. OMG! Definitely use the spa pool, plunge pool, and/or steam/sauna before a massage. I have never been so blissed out in my life. Pure heaven! Yes, this is a premium hotel so it's not cheap, but the spa is actually very reasonable for the level of service. The American Club is much more expensive. Can't wait to go back! read more

I didn't make the connection between the name and the company associated with it till I had arrived there and admired the design of the place, and of course, the hardware and bathroom set up. Once I arrived I was like, OH! That Kohler! Apparently the family is a midwest one and being from California it took me a hot second to get it! This is the best hotel in Green Bay. Hands down. Oh wait - did I say that already? The place is so nice its worth mentioning twice. The location is right across from the stadium - like, walkable. It's upscale, the beds are SO COMFY. They had enough pillows that I did't have to order extra pillows!! If you've ever traveled with me, you know that's saying something. I am the pillow queen. It's only magnified being pregnant. The decor is something I really kept being amazed about. How can you make football chic? Go to this hotel and you'll see! From check in to valet to room service and more: My experience here was top notch. I have zero complaints and have been raving about it to anyone traveling East who will listen. Stayed there over Veterans Day weekend last November. The staff there is really eager to accommodate and very friendly. They also can make suggestions for you if you're not familiar with the area up here in Green Bay. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The showers are to die, for they are just awesome and programmable. Many shops and restaurants in this building. The restaurants can accommodate any budget in the food is outstanding. Building is right across the street from Lambeau stadium so it is a real convenience if you are a football fan. This is one of the nicest hotels in the area. read more

Beds aren't the most comfortable but they will do! No matter where you stay in this place you have a great view of either Lambeau Field or the Title Town District! Room service was also great! Drove a U-haul to Green Bay next day to get to Green Bay for a business meeting (no rental cars out of O'hare) and showed up way early to check in. Told front desk my situation. Went to Tavern in the Sky at Lodge Kohler for lunch. The waitstaff was excellent and very attentive. The menu was okay - not bad, not great or memorable either. We had the artichoke appetizer and smoked trout spread. Both were good. Interesting to try but not good enough to finish either plate. Our entree was the chicken, bacon, avocado club. Nice sandwich. I personally wouldn't pay that price it again but it was fine. Note the mojito is not as sweet as it is prepared with sparkling water. read more

We stayed at this location 1 night for a concert at the Resch Center. The location of the hotel couldn't be better for anyone visiting to attend a concert or football game. There are breweries, open spaces for pregame activities, and it's close to both venues. The hotel offers valet parking, but we elected to just pull into the open parking lot at the rear and park. The check-in was quick and easy. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during the stay. The amenities are unbelievable. There is a bar, spa, pool, workout center, and a cafe. We elected to upgrade the room to include the breakfast and it was worth it. I enjoyed the option of going to the cafe and using the voucher that included an entree with a beverage. The room was clean, upscale, and the shower was high quality with push button temperature controls. I'm not sure that you can find a better option in the area for the total package included at this location. Thanks for the great experience. read more

Stayed here recently and was a generally nice hotel except for 2 issues. 1) There were 2 small dogs barking incessantly from a nearby room. We didn't know you allowed dogs in the hotel. Discussed it with hotel staff during checkout and they said dogs were allowed. So a word of warning, if you are allergic to dogs be aware that dogs are allowed in rooms. 2) There was a small charge of several dollars that appeared on my credit card after I checked out. It was for soda from the in room refrigerator. Sorry I didn't drink it but was charged. After several phone calls to Lodge Kohler they refunded it. read more

And for $160ish a night, definitely worth the extra $$$ to stay here. Plus you can walk over to stadium and surrounding restaurants. Well, I would love to stay here, but you can not book it unless someone calls you back for spa services. I was looking to book a mother/daughter weekend as a Christmas Present this year. I called 3...yes 3 times. Left multiple messages, even talked to someone at the front desk who wrote down my name and number to hand to the spa manager to call me back and have heard absolutely nothing. Also, the fact that one of the ladies who will be on the trip works at Kohler! Extremely embarrassing. I have never had a problem with the Water Spa in Kohler, but trying to book anything here.. good luck. We are now staying at a place in Appleton for the weekend with spa services. As my first trip back to Green Bay in 12 years and being in the place I was born for my birthday, I decided to spoil myself and book a room here. I got a Lambeau King suite that overlooked Lambeau Field. The room was comfy and clean and the bed was the best. I fell in love with the shower and really wanted to take it home. We showed up a little early for check in and was told the room wasn't ready as of yet but the hostess got us all checked in. We went next door to Titletown and to Hinterland Brewery. *Check this place out* We weren't even there 20 mins when we got the call that the room was ready. Since May 14th was my birthday, my Mom had flowers delivered to the room and waiting for me. The only thing was there should have been a bottle of complimentary wine and chocolates. Mom was kind of upset that there wasn't any and she was told there would be. Oh well, it was the best birthday and being able to wake up to seeing Lambeau on that day is the best thing ever!!! read more
