We tried to order room service as directed on the TV but the link didn't work, and evidently we had to call down to the front desk to order room service. Front desk directed us to the Tavern in the Sky restaurant to place the order, which we did. 80 mins later with no food delivered, we called back to check the status of the order, and the hostess claimed there was no record of our order. Disappointing - I don't know of any hotels charging over $1,000/night who don't have an easy process for room service ordering. Finally, couldn't get a shuttle to the airport when we checked out. I asked one of the valet gentlemen for help / inquiring if the shuttle was available, since there was evidently no pre-set shuttle schedule. He told me, "just give me one minute" and seemed flustered. Unfortunately my wife and I didn't have the luxury of waiting all day and had to order an Uber so that we could catch our flight out of Green Bay. Just disappointing - the people are all very nice, it's evident they just aren't fully equipped or accustomed to running at full speed or the full capacity entailed in a high profile football weekend.

We usually stay at Marriott premium brands, but have found the Residence Inn select brand to be very comfortable. During our most recent stay, she noticed that our room rate had dropped since we originally booked and proactively rebooked us at the lower rate. That level of customer service is rare and very much appreciated. The facility is starting to show its age in some areas and could benefit from a few updates and refreshes. That said, the outstanding staff more than make up for it. Everyone we've interacted with has been welcoming and helpful, and it's clear they work hard to provide a positive experience for guests. The breakfast buffet was also a great value for families, with pricing of $7.95 for children 12 and under and $14.95 for ages 13 and up, along with a good variety of options.
