Upon check-in, I was given a lovely tour of the salon before meeting Ashley, who took phenomenal care of me! I usually get a gel pedi and even though that's not what I was booked for, she reiterated that she was happy to make it happen, which she did. She was very attentive for both and I was pleased with the outcome! I had mentioned a previous manicure that had been poorly done and she was very observant to what I had said and ensured I was happy with the shape and length of my nails. I was never offered the complimentary hand/ arm massage which was a disappointment, and I walked out with the same bad cut I came in with. I get my hair colored and have had several changes over the last few years.
