I usually get a gel pedi and even though that's not what I was booked for, she reiterated that she was happy to make it happen, which she did. She was very attentive for both and I was pleased with the outcome! I had mentioned a previous manicure that had been poorly done and she was very observant to what I had said and ensured I was happy with the shape and length of my nails. Honestly, I can't remember the last time I was so pleased with a manicure! I'll definitely be back when I'm in town again!

I made several comments that I wanted it much shorter and that she could maybe take a razor and take out some of the bulk, but all she did was gaslight me, make excuses, telling me my hair already has a lot of layers. I was never offered the complimentary hand/ arm massage which was a disappointment, and I walked out with the same bad cut I came in with. After much thought, I decided to call to request either a refund or a redo with a different stylist. I'm glad I called because they were able to match me with a master stylist a couple days later who gave me the exact cut I wanted. Holly was so wonderful, and she really listened to what I wanted.
