Mr. Jones and his staff were amazing from the moment we walked in the door for our first meeting until the last moment the driver of the family car brought us home. Mr. Jones went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Even those things we forgot about. He and his staff were so patient. We had to make two last minute changes to the funeral program and the staff did not complain one bit. They were in constant communication with us. He made every person that was part of dad's services feel special, even our pall bearers. They don't get much credit, but he made sure they did at the cemetery.
