Lost my keys never got a spare, was dreading the hundreds of dollars to have a key made. Plus with Th pandemic I didn't know where to go. They made the process easy, they have a shop you can physically go to with registration and ID for newer cars and they can do it through the VIN or they come to you. I ended up doing a combination of both but most importantly they were very fair in price, were helpful and kept up with all the covid-19 guidelines. Use them! read more

Beau and his grandpa are awesome. They showed up in 30 minutes to madera. Great service.

Lost my keys at the movies and had no extra keys. They were the first one AAA recommended and I couldn't be more happy. Even though it was raining they came and made two duplicates for my car! They are very friendly and helped me through everything along with telling me exactly when they were coming and how close they are. Happy with their service! Would recommend to anyone! Plus their prices are very reasonable and affordable!! read more

This is the worst company you can deal with. Just like the other reviewer, I also lost my key in Yosemite. I have the whole family with a toddler in tow. We got locked out of a car in one of the parks there. This company gave me an ETA of 3-4 hours. Called for a couple of times and they said the locksmith is on the way. 6 hours after, I learned that no one is coming. It was getting dark and cold in the place and we we waited for nothing. WORST, they charged my credit card. These guys are scammers. Calling my credit card to dispute. I hope this company gets reviewed by BBB or local government in Fresno. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! read more

Walt has rekeyed my house twice. The last time he came out at 2:30 AM and rekeyed. That was the first time in my life I called anyone at that hour for service. He is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. He spent an hour and gave me a discount from the rate he quoted me. He is the only AAA 24-hour locksmith in the county. I would definitely use him again. read more

These are awful people. I droped a lock and asked them to make a Key. They told me it's gonna take 30-60 minutes and they will call me when its ready. I waited for two hours and they didn't call. so i called them and they said it's gonna be ready in 30 minutes. I drove by the shope after the 30 minutes and they told me this lock needs special order key. Why they didn't till me from the beginning !!!they just don't know what they are doing. I went to Lehmans lock repair and the old guy there made a key in only 10 minutes and charged me only 15$ while these people told me it is gonna cost 29$ read more

Just a big shout out to let all know that Fresno Mobile Key is a terrific place to get immediate helpful service. Even though calling with incorrect information from a tow truck trying to help with an ignition gone bad - they were able to sort out the problem and have our truck back up and running in less than an hour. Another plus was the 2 young men who repaired it were knowledgeable and courteous. Great family like business. Highly recommend!!! read more

What a friendly place. They have very low prices for programming key fobs and cutting keys for your automobile. We had two different vehicles that needed key fobs programmed and had another one that hadn't worked for three or more years. After looking at it the owner offered to replace the clip in it and if that works he will program it at no charge! Follow-up on the repair on the key fob. It wasn't ready when we went to pick it up on Sunday. My husband went by again on Tuesday and it was ready but they didn't have a battery for it. When my husband went to put in the new battery the sautered part came off. read more

Older dude was completely impolite when I asked a question. Spoke to me like I was stupid. I got my keys cut by the young dude with glasses and left. Never coming back. I went there because the guy who helped me last time was so cool. I don't know where he went. I guess they're under new management? Last time I was there, I felt valued and he helped with a problem; this time, I was wasting their time. After the reply from Beau, I upped my rating. They were fast and made sure that my keys worked before I left. read more

Walt came out on a Saturday right on time. I had called around, and his price was very good (half the price of the first place I'd checked). He was friendly, courteous, and FAST! Great experience. I hope I don't need to call a locksmith for a loooonnnnggg time. But if I did, I would call Walt again. read more

Managed to lock our only set of keys in our vehicle. Called around to other places, but received only voice mails and/or they were closed. The only place I was able to reach was... you guessed it, Fresno Mobile Key. Beau picked up the call and was out within 15 minutes of the call. Was able to promptly get our door opened and save the day... more like night. I was nearly going to break the window, but glad I didn't. :) Service was prompt and courteous. Pricing was fair. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks again! read more

I would have given the 0 stars if I could My vehicle was stolen so before I scheduled to come out I verified that they would take payment by CC over the phone. After being put on hold twice they said yes The service man came out never once asking about payment... The service man was not the problem After they were completed they insisted I pay them. I have no method of payment my husband does. I explained what I asked prior to scheduling. Then the service man called the owner Then the owner refused to call my husband so he could pay them Then the owner started threatening to come to my house. Then he started calling me nonstop I finally had to text him to stop harassing me and threatening me when I gave him all my husbands information so they could receive the credit card payment via phone as agreed when I called to schedule. read more

A young man named Beau arrived at 1:00 am with a great attitude! He cut a key for me in a matter of minutes, he really saved the day for me as I live in Southern California. The worst sort of dishonest business. They won't tell you how long they will actually be or that they aren't coming. Then you might have a chance of making other arrangements. I lost my keys in Yosemite and called at 1 pm to get my car rekeyed. I was told they would be there by 4:30, fine. I called at 4:45, 5:30, 6:30, 8:00 and 9:00, each time to be told they would be on their way and should arrive within an hour. They never showed up. They lied to me for 5 hours and left us stranded and having to pay top dollar for last minute accommodation. If they had just told me they couldn't make it, then I could have made other arrangements. As I said, the worst sort of company. BEWARE! As you can see from their other review pages (and filtered yelp reviews!), I am not alone in my experience. read more

Lost my keys with the widows down it was about 10:30 at night. I call these guys up. I never used them before and the gentleman had a guy out to me in 45 minutes. The technician Beau was able to rekey and get it to work however I ordered a new remote and unbeknownst to me I had a alarm that wasn't factory. It it wasn't able to take the standard remote. We were however able to disengage the alarm and kill switch so I was able to operate my truck that was all done free of charge and I'm grateful to them for helping me out. I would use them again but god I hope not. read more

First time taking our locks to get re keyed. Staff was friendly and quick! No more than 10 minutes was the expected wait. We left to get bite to eat by the time we got back all 5 locks were done. Reasonable prices. Although I would suggest they make better visible signs almost missed their location. Their signs are super worn out. Other than I'd recommend them. read more
