i have a fingerprint smart lock and it out of no where stopped working in the middle of the night. I forgot my key inside the same room that is locked and the emergency charge was not working, the app was not working. I requested a quote at first then realized that i probably should just call instead, so i called right after i requested the quote , they picked up and got the info they needed and started heading over as soon as they could and this was at about 1-2AM. No damage at all, less than 30 minutes total, and considerately quiet. Excellent communication, service, and speed. I was freaking out to be honest but it was very smooth sailing after calling them. Thank you so much !!!! Paid via Zelle read more

Jabez was the second business to reply back to my request but was able to beat the competition in getting to our home in 1/3 the time. We gladly chose them and when he got here it was immediate and fantastic service. Febronio (owner) is a man of his word and excellent to work with. Highly highly recommended! Price was slightly higher than the first responder but well worth the additional price for what he delivered. He also threw in and extra key as a courtesy. Will be using his services again. read more

This is the company you want to go to. The company that treats you like family their first time meeting you. I don't know these men but I know the son came to help my mom with the vehicle key replacement, then Feb Sr. Showed up and got it done. They could've left my mom and said hey something is fishy with your ignition (salvage vehicle) and just left. But they didn't. They continued for over an hour at it UNTIL the car finally started and my mom was able to drive away. I'm so thankful they didn't give up. These guys will forever be my go to. 5 star service, thank you guys again. read more

DO NOT USE. I spent $200 to have him create a smart key and program my fob. It was the FIRST time he did it! He spent about 2 hours. None of his tools worked. He didn't know how to program the key fob so he TOLD ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE to get it programmed (For an additional charge!). The replacement key was cheap and broke the next day. When it broke, the chip came out and he would not replace it, but he offered to replace the chip for another $130! He said they have a 30 day policy, but it didn't apply. Don't risk your business and get burned like me. read more

Hubby said I had to get five stars. We took advantage of their mobile service as my daughters car is having engine trouble. Initially they tried to get the original key to sync back to the car but we're unable had to do a new key, but they were having serious trouble like the system wasn't letting them do it. They had the whole dash apart trying to troubleshoot the issue with no luck, only charged us $40. Later they were able to bring different truck out with more equipment and he was able to get the new key done. read more

Call these guys!! They were great. I needed help with a lockout and re-key so I submitted a general locksmith inquiry in Yelp. They were the first to respond to my inquiry (within 5 minutes), and they had all of the information about quotes in their initial message, which I appreciated because I want to know what I should expect to pay upfront. I gave them my address, they said they could be there within 15 minutes and they were punctual and very kind and professional. Their prices were fair, they got to me fast, and they solved my dilemma to my satisfaction. 5 out of 5, I would recommend. read more

No complaints. Called, he answered, came to me quickly and dissected my "new" steering wheel lock that just so happened to malfunction (key stuck in cylinder and pins misaligned) while locked on my steering wheel (as intended). It was only the 2nd time I used the lock. The key would not come out of the lock so Febronio was forced to remove it with force and tools. Reasonable price IMO and i drove home soon after. Time now to request recovery/compensation from Masterlock. R Hohmann read more
