Great service! Fast, professional, and reliable. They got the job done quickly and made the whole process easy. Definitely recommend!

Fast, friendly service! We needed a key for our car. They were able to fit us in the same day we called. They charged half of the price that the dealership quoted to make a key. Highly recommend! read more

Had one of those days where I lost the car keys. Zach from 1 Stop Lock and Key came out all the way from Fresno and provided the best service I haven't seen in a long time. He stayed engaged as he completed his task of making a new key and fob for my car. Honestly so quick, efficient, and reasonable prices. Even offered a second key at a huge discount. He made a stressful day into one of relief. I highly recommend 1 Stop Lock and Key. read more

My daughter needed her ignition rekeyed (wrong word?). I called another company who tried to charge me almost $700 to rekey the ignition and an extra key. They also requested a copy of my DL or a payment advance via zelle. Then I contacted 1 Stop Lock & Key. He quoted me $335 to rekey the ignition and an extra key with remote. He showed up the same day, provided excellent service, explained the process, and made us extra key with remote. He was super friendly and extremely professional. Thank you again Zach for your help! read more

I definitely do not recommend this company! My mother in law lost her car keys and I was looking for a company that could replace the key with remote for a decent price. I spoke with Ella and I asked if their company replaces car keys and remotes for car key. She said they do. I gave her the year, make, and model of the car. She quoted $85 just for the key and $135 for both the key and remote. I confirmed with her the price and the car that it was for. I thought that was a great price! She told me I can call back the next day to schedule an appointment and it would take less than 5 minutes to program the remote. My mother in law calls the next day to schedule an appointment. Ella said that they didn't have the remote and couldn't get it for her. I call Ella a few hours later, Ella said her supplier couldn't get the remote but can get it in 3-4 days. Which was fine. So Ella tells me now that the price is $275 for the key and remote. I asked why is it now $275 when yesterday she told me it was $135. She said she looked at the wrong car. I just don't understand how she was looking at the wrong car information if she was asking for the year, make and model and inputting that information in as she was asking me. I asked if she can honor the price she gave me, she said she wouldn't be able to. (Even if she was able to, I would have not gone through this company) I'm glad we didn't go thru this company after all. Imagine if we scheduled the appointment and got the remote program then giving us a bill of double the price they quoted us for! Save yourself time and find another company!! read more

I own a restaurant downtown and my back door, door handle was was in a position to where we couldn't open it. This was the 3rd time this happened, to this same door handle. I have had another locksmith come and fix it 2 times before, and it kept breaking. So I called 1 Stop Lock & Key this time. He came at the time he said would be there, fixed the door handle in about 15 mins, told me there was wood screws in the lock, I had a cheap residential lock, not a commercial lock. He was very professional I would recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith. read more

We locked ourselves out of the house around 8pm (boooo!) and found 1 Stop on google. The number listed goes to their cell phone and the locksmith immediately answered and let us know he'd be there in an hour. He came right on time and quickly got us inside. He had to pick 3 handles and the total was $120. An unfortunate expense for a mistake, but I would definitely call them again for anything we need. He was super nice and I felt comfortable as a woman needing help at night. Thanks! read more

Lost my car keys (all my keys) in December and was driving with the valid spare car key. Daughter locked everyone out of the master bedroom. The next day, I finally search online and chose 1 Stop Lock & Key based on the reviews on this page. I called at 7ish and the customer Service was great, they asked if it was urgent and I asked what was the turnaround time for non urgent request and she said 10AM-12PM window (same day). The technician called me at 9:32AM to informed me that the window is 11AM-12PM (same day). He called me again at 11:05AM that was was heading out to my house and 11:22AM when he arrived. Completed the job before 12:00PM. He was quick, unlocked the master bedroom door, made 2 electric car keys and 4 house keys within 30mins. He also educated me on the difference between the master car key and the spare car key. The price was very reasonable for the work that was completed. Customer Service: 5 Stars Work Service: 5 Stars Price:5 Stars I recommend 1 Stop Lock & Key! read more

Not a happy camper. Key made but car won't start now. Key man came back said it's my battery. My cAr was fine before service was done. Key man came back jumped car. Next day same issue called key man back he tells me he charges some astronomical fee of 175.00 I believe for a jump, Unbelievable, I should've known there was a problem when he open my hood and said, where is the battery? Not happy at all now I have to consult a mechanic for an issue that I didn't have before this gentleman came out. Do not recommend this company at all. read more

I left my truck at the airport and didn't have my key when I returned. After a brief moment of panic, my wife told me to call a locksmith - so I did. I found 1 Stop Lock & Key on Yelp. When I called them they said they could be there in 25 minutes and gave a great quote - much less than I expected. Mike showed up 25 minutes later and within 15 minutes I had access to my truck and a brand new key! They were exactly what I needed and done for much less than calling a tow truck or a dealer.
