I was locked out of my home on a Friday evening after grocery shopping at Winco. It was about 8:00 pm and I tried to reach someone after hours who would come out asap--when I received a text from Fernando. He said he could arrive in 30 minutes. Fernando actually made it to my house 10 minutes ahead of time. I was agitated and irritable but Fernando kept a calm, positive attitude which helped me decompress. Fernando was excellent. He worked at my home for several hours rekeying all of our doors and fixing several issues. He was competent, pleasant, and very professional. He worked efficiently and effectively and got our lock open in about 5 minutes after we spent about an hour trying to do it ourselves. First time using a locksmith service. Called at 9am but they were busy, I left them a voicemail. They got back to me after an hour. He penciled me in for the day. Called a few minutes before to notify me he was on his way. He did quick work (In less than an hour he made a new key for the one we lost the key to and a duplicate for a small key).
