Whether I order online or shop in store, the services has been terrible on many occasions. The print staff was rude when the printing I needed involved them having to help. Online orders can take days to fill. I live in a community outside of Whitehorse, when I requested they hold my order for two more days until I am able to get to town to pick it up, I was snapped at and hung up on. Multiple staff are inconvenienced by a request for help.

She is friendly, helps her co-workers, figures things out that others can't and knows her job inside and out. She needs to be recognized for her exemplary service to Staples customers. If she wasn't working in that area there would be bad service and unhappy customers. She figured out how to help me and directed her co-workers to do something else.
