He called me to say that my order was showing up as ready to pick up, but he went to the store and it was not there. I called the store, then immediately called him back to let him know that I confirmed with them that my order was actually ready for pick up and they had it at the counter. He screamed at me on the phone and stated I was calling him a liar? I never accused him of anything, but he was immediately defensive and it sent up all these red flags. It was a complete Jekyll and Hyde situation. I was extremely uncomfortable by the phone call and had to fire him because I was not going to allow a grown man to scream at me because he was caught not doing his job correctly or efficiently. On top of that, he had previously offered to pick up some items for me (presented it as a favor to be kind), then when I fired him, he paid himself $150.00 from the check I gave him that he was not entitled to. It was a contractor nightmare come true. I attempted to resolve it with him, but he was very dismissive and was not at all willing to accept his wrongdoings. Do not waste your time or money.

As I was explaining the process, in the middle of talking, I was put on hold. When the guy came back on the line, he basically told me that odds are it's not my ECM, but it could happen, and if it were to get diagnosed, it would run me 600-700 dollars! The dude sounded condescending, and there is no way it should cost that much unless you're a fool that falls for anything! The guy I called before said 150-170! So I normally don't leave reviews, but that left a sour taste in my mouth.
