The quality of the doors I received did not meet expectations at all. The final product didn't match the inspiration picture that was provided. What was delivered looked nothing like what was promised, which is incredibly disappointing when you're trusting a company to bring your vision to life. What's even worse is their response after the fact. Getting any kind of meaningful support or resolution was like pulling teeth. Communication was slow, unhelpful, and dismissive, as if customer satisfaction is not a concern at all. It honestly feels like once they have your money, they stop caring. I strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere. I asked for barn doors like the picture, except I wanted them to be white. The inspiration picture shows barn doors with vertical planks and a "K" shape across each panel.

I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for windows or doors. The only reason we used…read morethem was because they sold Anderson windows and no one else in the area does. Several windows were damaged on install when the crew ran into our house with the man lift with windows on the front of it. Incorrect windows were ordered and had to be reconfigured numerous times causing more damage. They had to order new pieces of trim which we are still waiting on because they ordered the wrong trim pieces 6 months ago. I still cannot get an eta on the new trim. They blame things on manufacturer lead time, but when your windows are damaged on install or ordered incorrectly that's not the manufacturers fault. Our windows were installed over a year ago. This has resulted in numerous construction delays and lost money.

He started saying that if we went somewhere else we would be expecting to pay about $28k, but if we booked with him in that moment he could do it for $17k. I had a bad feeling about it so I asked if we could sit on the quote until Friday to think about it. He then went down to $14,750, saying if we booked it right then and there we would get that "discount". I still said no we need until Friday. Fast-forward to me getting a quote from Octagon Windows and Doors in Abita Springs and they said it would be about $8k for all of the windows, including swapping out 2 side by side windows for one large picture window. He also took the time to measure each individual window. Thank goodness we did not go with Ecoview and I would not recommend them to anyone. They rely on you not knowing how much it should cost and they use scammy sales tactics to get you to buy. Gross!

I've been living in the other half of her double as I repair my home. I've been using these windows while I've been here almost a year. I had 4 companies come out and quote me for the 4 identical windows I needed in the rear of my home. Window World was the best fit for me. I like the lifetime , transferrable warranty. I had an issue with one of the windows and WW handled it like they said they would. My installers were very respectful of my home and did a FANTASTIC job on my home. They truly take pride in their work and I genuinely appreciated that. I could not be more satisfied with my experience with WW and my beautiful new windows.
