Still waiting as of February 7, 2022 for Ultimate Siding to put 2 strips of J Channeling on. I was cancelled twice on this issue, then when I called, I was not even on the list. The bottom sidings on the sides of the house are wavey and unattractive. The laborers seemed to have not put the boards underneath flush. The secretaries were so nice and tried to help that I would rate them 5 for professionalism and responsiveness.

I have contacted him at least 6 times and now he says he needs to contact the roofing material manufacturer since they are uplifting. If a hurricane comes along, I will lose half my roof. We called and left messages, texted and sent emails. No response. Finally, we had to get an attorney involved. After letters were sent from our lawyers, Mr King responded that if we had only contacted him earlier (we did!!) the "The contract calls for a year warranty on labor only, not materials". You can see by the photos the materials AND labor was shoddy workmanship. Needless to say, he waited to reply until after the warranty expired and wouldn't stand behind his work or the "top-quality" materials he used. He's also NOT a member of the BBB, much less one in good standing. Don't be fooled by his empty promises. He's not ethical and his "quality work" won't last past the time he cashes your check.

Clayton and Dalton (father & son) came out and gave us a no-pressure quote that was very fair. Out of all the quotes we got, they were the only ones that actually got up on our roof and inspected it! They did an amazing job and completely cleaned up our yard afterwards. They go the extra mile and won't nickel and dime you to death. For instance, we had a small tree growing up against the side of our roof that was causing damage. They cut it down and hauled it off no charge! For our siding repair, there ended up being more damage that any of us had anticipated. Instead of putting up good siding over it to stay on budget, they texted me photos of the damage to make sure I was informed and cut out the rotten wood and fixed it like it should be done. That says a lot about their character. The trim around one of our windows was leaking and causing some of the rot. They fixed this for me no charge! The work was excellent and we couldn't be happier.
