This company will not allow you to return any windows. Told me to paint the windows a different color. Go to Lowe's or Home Depot. Guess who is out $1800 in windows now. read more

I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for windows or doors. The only reason we used them was because they sold Anderson windows and no one else in the area does. Several windows were damaged on install when the crew ran into our house with the man lift with windows on the front of it. Incorrect windows were ordered and had to be reconfigured numerous times causing more damage. They had to order new pieces of trim which we are still waiting on because they ordered the wrong trim pieces 6 months ago. I still cannot get an eta on the new trim. They blame things on manufacturer lead time, but when your windows are damaged on install or ordered incorrectly that's not the manufacturers fault. Our windows were installed over a year ago. This has resulted in numerous construction delays and lost money. read more

The mahogany doors they installed were great! I was totally disappointed with the quality of installation though. They left a 1/2" reveal around the perimeter which should have been flush. This shows lack of respect for the next craftsman following in the line of progression. read more

I Contact this company on the 19th of September they came out measured my back door and was supposed to get back to me with a quote I called the next Thursday and still haven't heard back or received a quote l received a call on Saturday from a young lady from the company apologizing for the long wait one wait and said to give her a few days and she would have a quote for me. We are another week away and still no quote not real happy with these people. If it takes them 2 weeks just to give me a quote how long is it going to take them to replace and install a new door and what kind of quality of work would I get from them giving their history so far with me I'm not sure I want to do business with them Buyer beware. read more

A few years ago we built our forever home, meticulously picking out every perfect detail. We carefully selected manufacturers for quality in craftsmanship and customer service. Everything turned out beautiful. Fast forward three years down the road and an issue with our beautiful custom front doors where the center trim piece splintered and all of a sudden quality craftsmanship and customer service are gone. Much to our surprise, rather than assist with correcting an issue, Southeastern Door and Window's manager, Jenn, accused us of having a kicked in door. I'm almost certain had that act happened that there would be a police report and a video of said act on my cameras. Yet she still insisted it was customer error. Mind you, they installed the front doors. Avoiding phone calls, my husband then had to go in-person to the store to request someone to inspect the doors to see that in fact it was a defect. Funny enough, the inspector comes today and explains that the installer installed the door accessories improperly causing the splintered trim. At this point Jenn's customer service was so over the top accommodating that she went out of her way to deny replacing the trim due to the incompetence of her staff and refused to stain the trim even if we repurchased it to match. Now that's a business I wanna spend $30k on doors and windows at. A business that stands behind their product. Thank you, Jenn, for going above and beyond to show us that we should have put our money into a different business. read more

We used Southeastern door when we were building. We have all their windows, interior doors, and shutters. They persuaded us to buy a metal door which was close to $10,000 so we bought it. The company they got it from went out of business and it started peeling after only 1 year. Therefore, they told us it was none of their responsibility to help us. I will never recommend them to anyone I know. Horrible customer service!!!! read more

We had done a great deal of comparison shopping prior to ordering our windows from Southeastern Door & Windows. The product quality is outstanding. Price exceptional. We saved over $1400. compared to Sears. Our window installation was completed today. The installers, Bert and Brie were very professional, experienced and timely. They were friendly and answered all of our questions completely. We are so glad we purchased our windows from this company! Thanks Barb and Roger Staccone read more

I bought all my doors and windows from southeastern. They are pricey compared to the junk you buy at lowes or Home Depot but you do get what you pay for. I had a few problems with the instillation of two of the doors but Mike one I the managers came out himself and personally fixed the issue. Doors/windows are working great and every glad we spent the extra money for the quality especially when it comes with great customer service. read more

The mahogany doors they installed looked wonderful. I'm not taking anything away from the quality of the doors. What I was not impressed with was the total and complete disregard for other craft having to come back after them in order to complete the job. Totally unprofessional and done with such a manor as if they just plainly didn't care. read more

By far the BEST and most reliable door and window business around. The entire staff was incredibly helpful in helping me make decisions on my new home. The results of their quality products yielded the highly effiecient home that I was looking for. In my opinion, the quality and look of a home is largely dependent on it's windows and doors. The insight and vision that these professionals possess allowed them to assist me in creating the exact look that I was after. read more
