While getting…read morequotes from other companies was complicated and difficult to schedule consultations, Serranos easy, prompt, efficient, and offered an unbeatable rate to get the job done. After meeting Miguel to look at the space, I felt confident the job was going to be done well and with great care and efficiency. I was initially impressed with their promptness, both on the consultation day and the day of the job. While other companies will give you an arrival window and keep you waiting, Miguel and his team arrive precisely when you planned and get straight to work. They are efficient, and do a truly beautiful job. I am also a first time homeowner and haven't gotten a room painted before, and Miguel provided great insight on all my questions about what paint/finish to buy and how to prepare for the job. He is also a lovely human being who makes you feel at ease from the second you meet him. I cannot say enough great things about the whole experience. I will 100% be using them again and have already recommended them to friends. AND I am absolutely in love with my new room!

Incredibly professional, polite and efficient. They explained everything that had gone wrong and detailed how they would approach the repairs. They were punctual and - if you can believe it - cheerful! Daniel was actually singing carols as they worked! No one wants to find out they need extensive repairs - especially at the holidays - but they were very reasonable and as you can see, did a careful and considerate job. The best endorsement I can give is to honestly say that after the holidays, I will have them back to fix other things that lesser plumbing companies have done at our house.
