He told me he'd do what he could to be of service and was as upfront and transparent as possible about his schedule. Sure enough we closed on the day we expected and when I called he was available to conduct the service. This house has a lot of doors work; at his own pace to get it done which to me was fast. Provided a fair price for everything involved in the service including a few copies of the new keys. Lastly, Charles was personable and patient particularly with our little one who always had a question or two when he appeared. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith or contact him for future work.

Save LOTS of Money -- Call Wade's Garage Door Repair!…read more Daniel, the owner, provides excellent customer service with a smile and does a fantastic job explaining mechanical issues in a way that's easy to understand. Through my home warranty, a different company initially came out to inspect my garage door. They quoted me over $400 just for the repair and said a new door would cost between $5,000-$8,000. Daniel, on the other hand, offered to fix the broken panel for under $200 and installed a brand-new garage door for only $2,500. The workmanship is outstanding, and the door itself is clearly high quality--I can tell it's well made and built to last. If you want honest pricing, great communication, and excellent results, I highly recommend Wade's Garage Door Repair!

Anyone that has tried to hire a licensed contractor around here knows that just finding someone to…read morereturn your call can be a challenge. If this sounds familiar and you've been beating your head against the wall trying to find an experienced, knowledgeable, hard working, licensed contractor, we would like to recommend Greenberg Construction. Bruce Greenberg and his wife Jen recently removed and replaced our deck and they did an amazing job. They didn't shy away from our desire to use Ipe, a Brazilian hardwood that is VERY difficult to work with because it has a hardness rating similar to concrete. They had never worked with Ipe before, but Bruce did a lot of research in advance of starting our job. It was an extremely difficult job, but they both had a wonderful, upbeat attitude throughout the project and approached it as a challenge they would conquer (which they did). From the planning stages through the final broken drill bit (I'm not kidding when I say this wood is REALLY hard), they went out of their way to make sure the job was done right. Watching them work it was obvious to us that they take a lot of pride in their work and they do not take shortcuts or recommend something that may not look as nice just because it might be easier. In fact, there were a few times Bruce made suggestions that he thought might look a bit better, even though it meant more work for them. He never pressured us to go one way or another - he occasionally offered ideas based on his years of experience, but all decisions were ours to make. In addition to building a strong, beautiful deck that we can enjoy for the rest of our lives, Bruce and Jen were always good about keeping the job site clean and they are both a pleasure to have around. I've attached a few pictures of the finished product so you can see what a nice job they did. We highly recommend them for whatever your construction project might be....but right now they are updating one of our bathrooms, so you're gonna have to get in line!
