Thank you Corey for coming to the rescue! I lost my last key fob and was 300 miles from home. Corey drove an hour away and was able to make a key when the dealership was closed. He even gave a good price. I looked around where I lived and nothing beats his service. Call him! read more

I had a great experience with locked out assistance. Weneeded to replace both locking mechanisms on our front door and replace our handle on a sliding door. Corey was easy to book and showed up on time. He was able to take care of both locks same day. The price was reasonable. He even got along with the dog. It was really great to support a local business. We will need lock support in the future. Locked out will definitely be our choice read more

Corey Chasten is the owner/operator of Locked Out Assistance. He was able to make a brand new key fob for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler, that took less than an hour for about 30% of the price quoted by the Jeep dealer in Palmdale. He's very friendly, polite, and super competent! I highly recommend Corey! read more

I had an attempted break in of my RV and the locks were destroyed. They responded after only 19 minutes and wanted pictures, which I sent. More time passed and I just ordered a new locking handle assembly so I could beat the cut off time and get it the next day. Unless you have weeks to wait for a return message, I'd look elsewhere. There's another shop that did the same thing. Maybe they just don't like doing RV locks. read more

Super fast service and response time.I had a key fob made in like 20 minutes Amazing service thank you

I had lost my remote control keys for my Mazda 3 2015 vehicle. I messaged this business and the owner immediately responded and arrived at my home in about 30 minutes. He did take a while but I didn't mind the wait because he was assuring the key worked and made sure my new remote for my vehicle was working which I didn't mind. Also he was very nice, honest and great work! I would recommend to any one with a any loss of a vehicle key as he is able to open an vehicle! And is very great at what he does. Definitely would use this business again in the future as they are also available any time of the day! Reliable and honest work. read more

After losing both OEM keys to my car and driving around with just an aftermarket key I decided to get a new set of OEM or aftermarket keys done by pro locksmith. Of all the shops I requested quotes from this guy Corey is the best! Very responsive, clear about expectations and timing! Corey was still punctual, clear, communicative and maintained professionalism despite the strange and frustrating issue that my car was having. Glad to have worked with Corey on getting a new key for my car, future keys that I may need and will recommend him to others in need! Thank you again Corey! read more

For the second time I called "Locked Out Assistance" for another project and it was late request I needed before heading to LA. From the time he started and finished the project it was more or less 30 minutes and same outstanding guality and workmanship. I was also very happy with the price he charged us considering it was a late request and where he came from. Mr.Corey is a perfect example of a businessman that won't compromise trust, customer relation and professionalism to his clients. Thank you, be safe and God Bless. read more

I found myself locked out of my condo recently. Locked Out Assistance was there in an hour. Got me right back into my place. I would highly recommend using them! read more

I was at Circle K in Tehachapi and saw this car pull in with the Locked Out Assistance logo, and I almost didn't ask him anything because I doubted that he made key fobs for cars that lock and unlock with buttons. But I asked anyway ( his name is Corey, and he is a super nice guy), and to my surprise, he said, "yep, I do that." Few weeks later, he rolled up, and I handed him two keys, one for my Ford and one for my Toyota (that's a conversation for another time), and within an hour, he had both of them done. Side note: I had also taken it to Ace Hardware and they couldn't do it after they attempted it three times, so I was convinced I'd have to take my cars to a dealership in Bakersfield and spend way too much money on a new system. NOPE! Corey did it no problem. I would recommend Locked Out Assistance to anyone. Stoked to have key fobs again. read more

Corey was such a pleasure to work with. I needed some keys reprogrammed for my Lexus SUV and was having trouble finding someone in Bakersfield to help me. Corey came to the rescue and helped me out, he cleaned out my older keys, changed the batteries, reprogrammed some keys for me and gave me a more than fair price! He has a craft at what he does and provides great customer service. He is mobile so he can meet you in anywhere of the greater Bakersfield or Kern area. I will now go to him for all my locksmith needs! Highly recommend calling Locked Out Assistance. read more

Corey is amazing! He followed through and came by even being so late and staying until he was completely finished. Great customer service. You can tell he truly cares and we appreciated so much. A lot of people do the bare minimum these days. Surely not him if we ever need him in the future, he will be the first person we call. Thanks so much!!!!! read more

I forgot to get his name but he was fast and efficient! I locked myself and my two babies out of our apartment and we were inside within 15-20 minutes of calling! The price was reasonable for such a quick service! Thank you! read more

I accidentally locked myself out of my RV while I was walking my dogs on a chilly night. Corey answered my call right away and headed straight to me from the job he was finishing. He was professional and friendly, and got me right back into the RV where I could warm up. He even made an extra set of keys for me with his traveling key coder! I've never had an extra set of keys work so smoothly right from the start. Locked Out Assistance is a fantastic resource. Call Corey when you need help and he'll get you out of a jam. read more

There aren't enough stars in this rating system to describe Locked Out Assistance's excellent service. Corey was responsive within minutes of my service request in the middle of the night and maintained contact, providing ETA updates. Upon his timely arrival from quite a distance, he was very professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise. With a well equipped mobile unit and best in the trade tools, Corey solved my lockout problem within minutes. He kindly made me two extra keys and offered more free of charge. Got unexpectedly locked out this weekend. They responded quickly and made the drive out to Bakersfield from Tehachapi to help us. He tried to repair our door handle but ended up having to replace it since it wasn't salvageable. Great work and I thought the price was reasonable for it being an unexpected emergency. Thank you for the good work read more

Excellent, thorough, friendly, helpful, and really knowledgeable about all things related to locks and keys! I will definitely come back to this one in the future!! read more

Locked Out Assistance provides outstanding customer service. Corey got there when he said he would and went right to work reprogramming the key fobs for my Infiniti and cutting new emergency keys. He not only tested the new fobs and keys thoroughly he insisted that I do the same. He also went out of his way to show me how to use the emergency physical keys because I had never had occasion to use them before. I can recommend Locked Out Assistance without reservation and will use him in the future for all my automotive and residential needs. read more

Corey is top-notch. A true master of his craft as well as beyond punctual. I told him where my car was located thru text message and he made it there well before I even did. Went straight to work on my Honda ignition issue, knew EXACTLY what he was doing and had all of the tools for the job. I'm the type who prefers to fix things myself most of the time but other times, for more complicated matters, one must defer to the pros to get it done without any hassle and that's what Corey did. A job that would've taken me at least all day to do he made look easy. I bet he could do it blindfolded wearing boxing gloves. Had me back on the road in no time. Thank you, Corey. read more

Showed up when he said it would. I'm happy to have a functional lock after a year of putting it off.
