Dropped a mailbox key in the parking near mid jersey orthopedics in Washington. Was afraid to bend in back into place as it would definitely have snapped. Took it over to this place and spoke with Bill. He tried to bend it back into place and as suspected, it snapped. He managed to make me a matching copy with some effort. So i had him make me an additional one in case i had another moment of idiocy. The first red flag was that the website clearly says 15% off your first lockout while those on the phone tried to convince me that it's only 5%. The representative I was assigned was completely unprofessional. He didn't let me know that it wasn't guaranteed I would get in and tried two ways to open the door. He only said that the third way would cause damage to the door. I am renting so obviously, this was not possible. After I paid a ridiculous amount of money for NOT getting into my apartment, I ended up making a trip to grab my spare key. Once I returned, I found the door was jammed and not even my spare key could open it. Clearly, the door was damaged by the locksmith and when I had a maintenance team help me, we found that the box strike plate was completely dented. In addition, a lot of paint was chipped off the door, and there's now a gap even when the door is fully closed. So, I paid an astronomical price for having my door damaged, which my building had to fix themselves, in addition to not having my problem resolved. The receipt states that I paid on the basis of being fully satisfied with the service which is evidently NOT the case. Avoid to salvage your bank account and your mental health.
