after talking to ashley and given all my trucks info etc....she got back to me and said my igintion and igintion swith would have to be replaced because of the type of my vehicle/truck 400$ for labor parts 200$...she said she would find the parts for me but never got back to me until 2 days later...they never even came out to look at the igintion it would not turn with the key in it. i called smiley lock and key he was able to remove the igintion cleaned it and rebuilt it for 175$ he has many yrs of experience been doing it since he was 17 read more

Car has no issues, I detailed what prior technicians stated which was that they didn't think they could reprogram the original key. I got verification from the dealer that this was feasible. Another lock smith stated he had no Kia telluride 2020 program within his database to program the car. There's no reason the technician who is so called experienced should drain the battery he should be aware that the process was too long to run the battery and took a pause or updated his procedure. There's nothing wrong with the vehicle. I highly recommend you choose a more positively reviewed and a lock smith who has more reviews to verify their ability to preform tasks. I did get a refund of my deposit which is only right, since no service was preformed. I recommend going to someone who has a shop that you pull your vehicle up to and have a conversation with the individual preforming the task.
