Excellent service with high quality tech and lock - highly recommend this locksmith - trusted, affordable and nice to deal with

Locked myself out, but Lock Star Smithy was there within 30 minutes. Compared to quotes I got from other local locksmiths, this place was almost half the price! It took them almost an hour to unlock my door due to it being a weird/difficult one, but they did not charge me any more for the amount of work. Thanks for making a rough lockout day easier! read more

Lock Star Smithy - New key - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me

Jarale came to the house right at the scheduled time. He was incredibly friendly and very attentive to detail. He did just a stellar job with the locks and even made sure everything shut smoothly too. He really went above and beyond for us and I would never hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family because of him. They had the best price of all the quotes I received, excellent value and service. read more

We did not have lock star smithy out for the job only because someone answered just a short time before they did. Their response was fast and complete with a very acceptable quote. I'm rating them a five for their quick thorough reply and friendliness :) read more

I wholeheartedly recommend Lock Star Smithy to anyone looking for locksmith services. I have personally reached out to 6 companies since the beginning of December and worked with a couple of them. I wish I had found Lock Star Smithy sooner! They have had by far the best pricing and the one of the best (if not the THE best) communication experience. Ashley reached out to us within minutes of our request for pricing on Yelp. She was friendly, informative and gave an upfront quote. Overall just extremely prompt in her responses. The technician, Jarale, was not only on time but actually a bit early which worked better for us but Ashley still contacted me to make sure that would work with our schedule. Jarale was very professional and friendly. He explained the time he would need, did the work and patiently allowed me to test the every aspect of the keys. Again, I have gotten many quotes and their pricing is phenomenal. They provided the "same" service as previous locksmiths for a better price . I use quotation marks because they actually corrected the key from the previous locksmith. I cannot recommend this company enough. read more

Car has no issues, I detailed what prior technicians stated which was that they didn't think they could reprogram the original key. I got verification from the dealer that this was feasible. Another lock smith stated he had no Kia telluride 2020 program within his database to program the car. There's no reason the technician who is so called experienced should drain the battery he should be aware that the process was too long to run the battery and took a pause or updated his procedure. There's nothing wrong with the vehicle. I highly recommend you choose a more positively reviewed and a lock smith who has more reviews to verify their ability to preform tasks. I did get a refund of my deposit which is only right, since no service was preformed. I recommend going to someone who has a shop that you pull your vehicle up to and have a conversation with the individual preforming the task. Not a middleman situation where you need to front them gas money to arrive. Thanks for considering my review read more
