Not only did they offer a fair price, but they went above and beyond and completed beautiful work. This winter we had them back to work with us to create and install a small wet bar. We couldn't find an upper cabinet layout we liked so Ryan built custom shelves out of reclaimed wood that pulled the entire project together. We plan to hire the Burketts again for future woodworking and contracting projects. They are diligent, talented, and easy to work with.

With the housing market the way it has been going, my husband and I decided to build a home that we…read moretruly could make every decision on what we wanted it to look like: colors, style, etc. When we researched local builders, we came across Paragon. Initially, we were not familiar with them, but everything we compared with other companies sounded better and what we wanted. We decided to go with them. From our first meeting with Steve, we felt comfortable. We did not have a lot of knowledge about the process at all, but Steve directed us every step of the way and answered all our calls and texts and emails no matter when we reached out. Also Jackie in the office was on top of everything and kept us on schedule with meeting with all our vendors, making sure we didn't miss anything and that we got everything ordered in a timely manner. What we thought was going to be stressful, literally turned out to be such a fun process because Steve and Jackie were so good to us throughout the process and made us feel like a priority even though they had other projects they were working on at the same time. With Paragon, we noticed a lot of their standards in the build would have been upgrades with other companies so we really got quality product for our money. Steve paid attention to a lot of the details and even pointed out some things that needed to be adjusted that my husband and I would have never noticed. We really appreciated how transparent and honest he was with the entire process. We are excited to see the rest of our plan develop and hope to have many years of happiness in our new home!

When I asked about remediation in January 2025, which was about a year after the remodel, I was supplied a couple of drawer fronts. I contacted the owner who said that he would help and I patiently waited until today, September 2, 2025 when I noticed additional peeling. The product that I was sold is definitely defective. It make me sad because I saved for years to get another kitchen. I was at least hoping that it would be good for 10 to 15 years. Here are two examples and there are others. I am hoping that this is made right.

They knew a lot, and when they didn't, they reached out to someone who did. We had worked with a well-reviewed local architect previously, and spent twice as much money for a small fraction of the work EcoCraft was able to do for us with ease and on a much more reasonable budget. While the architect always had aesthetics in mind, they never seemed to have our personal aesthetics or our bottom line in mind. I found the team at EcoCraft to be incredibly respectful of our financial limitations, and to be transparent with costs from start to finish. The preconstruction on our very challenging property included multiple meetings with the City, lots of paperwork, and what could have been real headaches. EcoCraft made this part of the project a complete breeze. Lastly, they use SIPs construction, which means your eco-friendly dream house will go up much more quickly than with many other building methods. Highly recommend them!
