Anyway, Mark talked to me for 30 minutes on the project and the way his company does business. He said he would quote me after he came out and walked on the roof and looked things over. He was the first and only contractor to do that. He took pictures of the roof and discussed what was needed. I received the quote promptly. He wasn't the cheapest and was in the midst of most of the other quotes I received. We went with him because of the referral and the 25 year gaf warranty they could offer because they are a MASTER ELITE GAF installer. Because of an opening in their schedule due to a cancellation, they were able to come out within 1 week of signing the contract. They were literally on site working for 5 hours on our 1100 square foot home. They started at 8 am and was gone by 1 pm. The job was completed extremely quickly and appears to be very well done. It's been a week since the install on 6/6/2017, if I have anything to add to this review later, I will update it.

We chose Rick and Gregor Roofing to replace our roof after getting g estimates from other vendors…read more For us it came down to: solid reputation, knowledgeable crew, and fair pricing. We also loved that it's a family business...one that was recommended directly from my dad (Gregor redid his roof years ago). For the initial meeting and estimate, Rick gave us a wealth of information. He knew more about my roof that I did from walking around my home. He recommended a few different improvements including an attic fan and gave us options to extend the life of our existing roof or replace it entirely. We ultimately opted for a new roof and gutters to mitigate our water issues and extend the life of our home. Prior to the start, Rick consulted on color choices and made recommendations that would be the best for our home. The team was flexible on timing of the project to work around some other work, and from the time they started the project they completed the the roof work in 3 days -- and that crew worked hard to make it happen! The crew was super respectful helping move things if we needed to get in or out of the house and knowledgeable when we asked any questions. We love our new roof and we honestly couldn't recommend them enough! If you need a roof, gutters, or more -- Gregor is your next call!

They are hard workers. I talked to the foreman on the job lots of times. He wanted to make sure I knew what they were doing and if it was alright with me. He was very polite. Gregor Roofing did my son's roof last year and he was pleased with the work. I would recommend this company with 10 stars!

We are so pleased with the work that was done by Perfect Roofing. In comparison with other contractors involved in our renovation, the workers were dependable, reliable, thorough and hard-working. Sometimes when choosing a roofing company a person is left with few options and exceptions. My…read moretownhouse is one of those exceptions. Each unit being individually owned without a coop gives each homeowner liberty to do what they like. The downside is when we share a common roof and everyone decides for themselves about replacement. That being said I contacted at least a dozen companies last fall for a roof replacement only to be turned down since my unit sits in the middle of the complex. Of the few that agreed to work with me only Prescott gave me and my adjoining neighbors peace of mind by agreeing to work in the "transition areas" and extending their 15 year warranty to those areas so that the neighbors would approve the work. I also checked their references and got good reports from the people I spoke to. I highly recommend anyone considering a business to ask for and check their references. My roof was nearing the end of it's life and to avoid any potential water damage I was able to contract with them last fall for this year's project. Prescott roofing offers financing but if you pay by check you get 2% discount. With the trend of roofs now going to dimensional shingles I figured my 3 tab shingles up there weren't long for this world. The quote seemed high but the other few I did receive were higher than theirs especially for 3 tab shingles. With a few "hiccups" along the way my roofing team finally came out to do the job on a very hot summer day. I was very pleased with their honesty about the decking when they said didn't need replaced. That decking has been up there for many years and I was extremely concerned about the area around the ridge vent. They arranged for a dumpster to be placed on my driveway so that they could remove the debris. I was able to watch them through the install process and they answered all my questions and concerns. Since my townhouse is small they were able to complete the whole project in one day. I'm very pleased with the work they did as well as the clean up to make sure nothing got left and nothing fell into a neighbor's property. I'm very glad that they were able to "separate" my unit by installing ridge cap shingles after putting an water and ice guard shield both in the transition areas as well as the gutter lines. The workmanship is guaranteed for 15 years and they will register the shingles with the manufacturer and they in turn will send me my warranty. A new roofing system is a major investment but for me I wanted to make sure I was getting quality work for the amount of money put in. Time will tell about the new roof and how it stands up. This review will be updated to reflect that if need be but I feel confident that with them team working in near 100 degree heat that tar just immediately stuck to the new felt pad installed. So the shingles needed to be applied carefully. I'm very pleased with the work they did and more importantly to see it done properly.
