He explained each step of the process thoroughly, always made time for our questions, and genuinely valued our input. It never felt like we were just another transaction to him. "While we were quietly freaking out, Dave was steadily steering us in the right direction." Were there a few bumps along the way? Sure. There was some early confusion around what needed to stay with the home versus what we could take -- a learning curve for us as new sellers. And one showing caught us completely off guard. Not ideal. But to Dave's credit, he took the feedback in stride and kept the process moving. What matters most is where we landed: sold ! with a good price taking into account the market condition and on time, exactly when he said we would be. That kind of reliability in a difficult market is genuinely hard to come by. Dave earned our trust, and if we find ourselves on either side of a real estate deal again, he'll be the first call we make. Highly recommend.

He knows the market and listed over what I had expected and the house sold and closed over ask price. While this was going on I had moved out of Tampa to Sarasota to care for my sick husband who passed away right after the house went on the market. Possibly the most stressful time of my life but Steve was my rock and handled everything and anything during my absence. He even arranged for me to do closing by my house in Sarasota which saved me 3 hours of driving. The communication w Steve was excellent and his follow through and even forward thinking helped me get through this tough time and come out with a great result on my sale. I highly recommend hiring Steve for any RE transaction if you want a responsible and professional agent.

As a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions and was nervous about how to move forward in such a competitive market.  Joe was very patient with me and was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions - both about the homes we looked at and the home buying process in general.  He knew the area really well and was able to point out things about neighborhoods and homes that I wouldn't have observed. One of the things I was surprised with was just how responsive Joe was.  I feel like he was always available when I emailed or texted him. Finally, I was an out-of-town buyer and I am so happy to have bought in Dunedin.  I thought Joe was particularly helpful when I wasn't in the Tampa area in managing the home buying process and helping me with my search. I am so happy with my new house and I can't thank Joe enough for all of his help!

He was a recommendation and the whole process from start to finish was smooth and I ended up purchasing my fist home! From the beginning he was always on top of things. Always stayed in communication and checked in on me periodically. He never pushed me towards something for the sake of a sale but was always concerned about my needs. It being my first home, I wasn't knowledgeable of the process but he spun me up on everything I needed to know and made it easy to understand. He connected me with a great lender as well and that was an amazing recommendation too. If I ever purchase another home or sell this one I will be going right back to Julian!
