As for not fixing repairs in the home, i spent over $3500 getting the pool into working shape for you. You did not need an attorney to get out of the lease, you chose to get one on your own, i was more than happy to have you guys leave. As for her being late for showings, how about she was trying to be considerate and book all the showings in a short window of time to not disrupt you.
