Short Summary Review We worked with Natalia Velasco of…read moreChoice RE LLC / Charles Rutenberg Realty to sell our Tampa home, and the experience was extremely disappointing. She listed our property with the wrong sales price, left us with almost no updates for months, and failed to hold open houses. When she finally brought a buyer, it was another agent from her own office, which left us feeling she was not representing our best interests. To make matters worse, the inspection process was handled poorly, with misleading or fabricated claims and even a "fake" report sent before the real one. Most "issues" noted were either inaccurate or easily fixed for under $400. We have bought and sold many properties over the years, and this was by far the most unprofessional experience. Proceed with caution if you plan to work with Natalia Velasco or inspector Gregg Forscher (License #HI12660).

I started to do some background searches on their realtor Ginger Gillum and discovered quite an extensive history of public court records along with a very serious traffic arrest allegation. The information I discovered would certainly call into question the character of someone for employment eligibility and particularly in real estate dealing with financial transactions. You only need to do a simple internet search on arrests, mug shots, and public court records to gather quite a lot of information. Because I trusted Ginger Gillum as being a long-time friend of my mother's and knowing the family. I did not do this extensive research. It is important to investigate her background extensively should you chose to enter a real estate transaction with her. Charles Rutenberg has not said much of anything with my entire situation. It is important to report serious broken ethical standards with any realtor and my experienced has proven no different. Buyer beware Ginger Gillum and Charles Rutenberg do not have the best histories and it would seem they do not have their client interests at the front before their own. If you are selling or buying your home, look for another realty and realtor. If you don't, you only have yourself to blame when something happens. Do your research on Charles Rutenberg and Ginger Gillum.

It wasn't just about a transaction. If she didn't know something, she would go and find out. And she was honest about it. Her genuine concern to have us find what we're looking for really shone. We actually lost out on our first offer and were pretty bummed. Immediately the next morning the first email I saw was from Yvette with a new listing that met our needs and was about $100k less than the first one. She made time to go see the home with us at a moments notice knowing our time was limited. And our offer was accepted. Even after closing she made sure our issues were addressed. I'd highly recommend Yvette and team to anyone looking to purchase or sell.

He is professional, precise, knowledgeable and communication felt like I was the only client he had. Him and Rob came out and assisted with staging of our home. Their eye for design is without question on point. A lot of real Eatate agents have no idea about design and really don't understand their clients. Aaron is amazing with understanding what matters to his specific client the most. He listens and pretty sure he never stops working. He works hard for his clients to get them the best deal. He sold our house at the price higher than we listed for. Most agents wanted to list our house for 20k below what we were wanting to list, aaron and rob rolled with it and made it happen over asking. They stayed with us every step of the way and more than professional assistance, they assisted like a friend. They really cared and gave their honest opinions. Lord knows I'm not the easiest to work with but the patience his team had was outstanding. Josh who is another agent on the team was out of this world as well, everyone who Aaron surrounds himself with is top notch. I can't imagine anyone else assisting with our home selling process. Not to mention they were the agents for the buying of our new home- which we got under listing, in this market!!! Hire Aaron, you will not be disappointed.

Jennifer not only found me a listing outside of her network, she also found a lender who locked in the best possible rate for a VA loan. The speed by which we closed the deal had to be a worlds record. Everything went like clockwork with only a few minor hiccups, none of which was on her end. She is very bright, extremely motivated and professional and detailed and I highly recommend using her services for any real estate transaction or ABNB. Note: This is not your normal real estate agent. She picks up her phone 24/7 and acts on your behalf in the best possible way. We closed the deal on my home in Venice, Florida last May. The house was a dream come true, a Key West Style home situated on the Myakka River close to the Gulf of Mexico with a boat davit an electronic hoist and we negotiated the boat as part of the sale. I couldn't have done this without her. Thank you Jennifer...Love Curt

Bottom line up front: If you value your time and money you need Kris Kennedy!…read more I'm a planner. When the Navy told my husband we were moving to the Tampa Bay Area, I immediately started to research local area real-estate agents. Kris Kennedy got many favorable reviews across my most trusted websites and here on Yelp he's a total rockstar. After our initial conversation I knew he was the agent for us. We just closed on our Tampa Bay Home Area home today and having finished the process, I'm delighted to report Kris Kennedy lives up to every accolade he's received. Kris is a really nice guy (but let's face it ALL real estate agents are charming) Kris sets himself above the other agents starting with his professional demeanor and promptness. He is smart and shrewd a brilliantly, tenacious negotiator and an excellent communicator. He has league of professionals in his network that seemingly bend over backwards for him and thusly bend over backwards for his clients. Certainly if I had a question or a concern Kris had an answer, knew someone that did or found out and reported back quickly. He gave us excellent advice, asked important questions, custom built searches to suit our needs, and secured digital paperless portals to complete paperwork. Kris not only saved us time (his efficiency is miraculous), he saved us money A. LOT. OF. MONEY! 1. We were convinced we wanted a V.A. loan but upon Kris's suggestion we looked into it and discovered in this particular instance, using a conventional saved us about 11K. 2. After running some comps, speaking to the seller, investigating the history of the home we wanted etc. Kris was able to negotiate a savings of 24K from list price. FYI my husband and I would've paid asking price and Kris knew it. He worked his magic and saved us a total of 35K. This process was seamless in no small part thanks to the tireless workings of Kris Kennedy and his network of professionals.

He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, economics, and he is really good at marketing. He is also surprisingly pleasant to speak with and he's a very good communicator. He listened to me about what I wanted in home and he found me the perfect bungalow style home that I now love so much. I wasn't in a hurry to buy, but Kris called me saying I had to see this home because it was going to go fast. I had little expectations, but it was absolutely what I was looking for. There were multiple offers on the home, but Kris and I had the best offer. If it weren't for Kris' advise, care, and negotiating skills, I would have missed out on the perfect home. Kris also got my other townhouse I own rented for me at more rent than I expected and with only being on the market for 2 days! Whenever I am buying or selling a home again, I will make sure to call Kris, even if I am moving to another state. I am surprised Kris is not on a show like Million Dollar Listing. He is actually more handsome than those TV realtors.

She not only helped my wife and I find the perfect 1st home (had tried 2 other agents before her), but when my family had to relocate due to a new job opportunity that I had came upon and decided to rent the place out, she did an awesome job finding / filtering potential tenants in a timely matter so I can avoid the burden of paying 2 mortgages. When we decided to sell the house a year later, Grace knew exactly what we needed to do to make the house stand out from the rest and found us the perfect buyer in 10 days with the price we wanted!! (our house actually just closed this week). And since we decided the sell the house after we had already relocated, she pretty much took control of everything and kept us informed every step of the way. In short, Grace so far helped us purchased, rented out and sold our 1st home. With her vast knowledge in real estate and market conditions, each time she would be able to give us great advice and I love how she would be up front with us about everything. I would highly recommend Grace to anyone that's looking to buy/sale a home!
