Julian Barrera is an amazing Real Estate Agent. The best way to describe him is as a professional who goes above and beyond. He has everything you could want and need in a Realtor. Julian is highly motivated and dedicated to his clients. He is knowledgeable to a degree I have never seen before and he has an awesome personality to go with it. Julian puts every effort into selling and buying a home. His craft and techniques surpass any agent I have ever known or heard of. We were very impressed with his skills, training, and methods. From our experience with him, we observed there is a lot to the home buying and selling process that people just don't know. So you want a Realtor like Julian to pay attention to all the big and small details to make sure you don't miss out and its done right. Julian helped my husband and I purchase our first home after we had our first son. We were clueless of the process and unsure if buying a home was possible. We lived in an apartment town home that became small and we agreed it was not the home we wanted to raise our child in. I honestly had not planed on buying a home for 5 or so years because I was so focused on paying off my student loans. I was also under the impression that owning a home was not possible because of my loans. My husband insisted we look into it and we put all of our trust into Julian. The process of buying a home with Julian was not only fun, it was also fast and SO painless from start to finish. I mean very very painless. I was scared that buying a home would be an excruciating process because of all the stories I heard from other people and reviews that I read, including how other agents were not readily available, poor communication, failing deadlines, bad information, missed opportunities, bad loan processors etc. This was far from the case with Julian and his team. He was always available and went out of his way many times for us. He walked us through every step and never gave us misinformation. He was detailed and super involved, not to mention a great negotiator. We felt so comfortable and engaged the entire time. To our surprise we found the whole experience to be on the easy side for us. He helped us find homes within our price range and specification. We found the perfect first home. A beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath, in a great neighborhood. When we became pregnant again with our second baby, we contacted Julian. We needed to purchase a bigger home to support our growing family and goals. Julian made it happen and it was an experience just like the first but better. Anyone I have spoken to has never had positive experiences like ours. It makes me feel so grateful that we were able to use Julian and I believe agents like him are hard to find. If you are looking for a real estate agent or trying to figure out whether you should use someone a friend or family member told you to use, consider this review and contact Julian Barrera. I highly recommend him. read more

Julian is an exceptional Real Estate Professional. Last year he was instrumental in the selling of my home. I had decided to move back to Tampa to live with my grandchildren and needed to sell my home only 2 years after purchasing it with another realtor. I had never sold a home before and I was nervous on what the outcome. would be.  I was going to use my previous realtor only because I felt like I was supposed to, but my daughter would not stop recommending Julian. She had such a great experience and was very confident in his abilities to help me and insisted that I bring him on board. I have to say that I am so glad I did. My experience with him was night and day to my last realtor. He was very knowledgable and hands on with the sell of my home. He Laid out a great plan with all the different strategies to advertise my home. He even set up a professional photographer who did a beautiful video walk through of the house. I was pretty impressed. We had multiple offers within a few days. He made sure I was well informed of my options and guided me in making my next movies. The first contract we had fell through because of a frustrated buyer failing to produce documents to their processor. Julian was ready and we had a new contract within 48 hours at a higher selling price. We closed the second contract on time and with out a hitch! The entire time I felt comfortable and was able to stay optimistic thanks to Julian's Help and drive. I highly recommend Julian you won't regret it. He is a man with a plan, super positive, very energetic, smart, well spoken and an expert at what he does. read more

I can't recommend Julian highly enough. After my house sat on the market for six months with another realtor and received no offers, I was understandably frustrated and discouraged, especially in a challenging market. From the moment he took over, the difference was clear. Julian didn't just put the home on the MLS and wait for something to happen. He was proactive, strategic, communicative, and genuinely committed to getting the property sold. He put in the work to market the home, follow up, generate interest, and navigate the process from listing through closing. Within a few months, he was able to get the sale done. What stood out most was his work ethic and willingness to actively sell the house rather than simply list it. He was honest about the market, kept me informed, and stayed focused on finding the right path to a successful sale. If you want a realtor who is responsive, professional, and will truly work for you, I would absolutely recommend Julian. read more

Some people sell houses--Julian Barrera helps people through life's biggest transitions. After my father passed away, our family faced the emotional responsibility of selling his home and property, along with more challenges and obstacles than we expected. From start to finish, Julian was far more than our Realtor, he was a trusted guide who handled every situation with professionalism, compassion, and steady dedication. He kept us informed, found solutions to every hurdle, and always made us feel that our family's best interests came first. What could have been an overwhelming experience became one we could navigate with confidence because of him.
