It was the best piece of fish I've had in a long time. Overall, the Bvlgari brand is an important part of Italian culture. Their Milan hotel symbolizes their attention to detail with a timeless elegant appearance.

This review regards their restaurant by Niko Romito but we got mixed feelings about this hotel in general. Me and my husband wanted to start our wedding anniversary with breakfast at BVLGARI. When we approach hotel security told us to get trough the outside to the restaurant patio instead of letting us in trough the hotel lobby, probably because we are not hotel guests. OK. We were greeted by waiters with very serious faces, nobody smiled. Everything was so stiff and sour that I was afraid to place my cup in the wrong spot because waiter would replace it lol. The place itself felt very snobbish. When I went to bathroom I almost was followed by the staff. 2 egg benedicts with alaskan salmon, coffee and detox juice cost us 100 euro, which I have no problem to pay if it's worth it. But breakfast was below mediocre. The eggs were cold, instead of english muffins was just round of white toast with 0 side dishes. Charging 34 per plate for "egg benedict". I think people in Milan maybe buy it but we have much better egg benedicts in USA. The size was absolutely unacceptable for 34 eur per plate, boring presentation and bland flavors. Also detox juice for 18 eur absolutely absurd. They just put this prices because they can. It was nothing extraordinary in this food nor even presentation. I give them credits for nice BVLGARI dessert with anniversary candle. That was very nice of them but overall experience was very bad because of service and food. Now I definitely know I wouldn't like to stay at this hotel if everything here is so snobbish. We stayed at many 5 star hotels in the world - Ritz, Fairmont, Four Seasons.... but this uncomfortable feeling I got for a very first time.

Upon arrival we were told that the men needed to be wearing jackets. I wish that our hotel had told us because my husband had packed one, but luckily the restaurant keeps spare jackets on site for just this situation. The large dining room is incredibly old school with beautiful brass dining chairs laden in blue and yellow striped fabric. When they brought out the wine list I thought it was a joke because it was the size of a dictionary! For dinner I had the beet tartare and the veal filet. The soy marinated tofu was a little bit of an odd flavor combined the beet dish but besides that it was quite good. My husband started with the gnocchi and it may have been the best dish of the night, it was dynamite. In my opinion, my veal filet was better than my husbands beef filet and I also really enjoyed the petite eggplant parmigiana that came with it. Soufflé and ice creams for dessert were a big hit, but I was especially pleased because I asked if they had some dark chocolates off menu and they brought me out a beautiful assortment that tasted as good as they looked. Great restaurant if you are looking for an elegant evening out on the town or an excuse to use the dinner jacket that you packed but thought you wouldn't need.

I dropped off my rental car after checking in for one night, and now I don't have to worry abt anything other than catching my shuttle in the morning. They picked me up after my rental dropoff 10 min after calling the front desk. Rooms are a contrast being recently renovated to the most modern looks and functionality. I am impressed! The restaurant deserves its own Yelp as it has a very fancy menu and served very professionally. The quality of food is amazing and the presentation is very artistic. I will most certainly chose this hotel on my next visit as it is not just convenient and affordable but a spectacular site on its own merits. There is a ballroom in highly decorated renaissance style with painted vaulted ceilings and great outdoor areas that are perfect for special events such as weddings!

My go to cocktail is the chic and cheek - light, not too sweet, perfection. aesthetically pleasing but not over the top as some cocktails can be. Elegant. The bar itself opens at 6:30 and fills up fairly quickly but it's hotel guests. I recommend getting here around that time if you want a corner seat. The bar is open until 1:30. It is a good spot to work in if you are traveling for work. There are speakers but the music is overwhelming, nor loud. If you are taking video calls, opt for the lobby lounge, which has better lighting and also serves food and drink. must check out the bathrooms if you're not staying here. they are an elegant experience in itself, perhaps one of my favorite bathrooms I've ever visited. The room itself was beautiful and feature rich, the cocktail bar is fantastic, and breakfast buffet was one of the best we've been to. The service is what really puts the PH over the top - everyone from front desk to concierge to bell hop went above and beyond and knew our names - we felt very taken care of here. In addition, they were exceptionally accommodating of our toddler, making sure he was well taken care of (and even giving us a full bottle of milk our last night when we were in a pinch!). Will definitely stay here again, probably the best PH we've stayed at yet
