Now…read morelet me tell you that people rarely take the time to leave reviews unless something goes wrong so take what the previous person said with a grain of salt. I read reviews constantly if I'm shopping for a product or using a service; in this day and age you pretty much have to. I've gone there three times for just a few cheap parts so take what I'm about to say for what it is, which is stellar customer service. I'm not a contractor so I'm not spending a lot of money, so their motivation to please is genuine. I was working on a leaky kitchen faucet a few blocks down from the store and it was just kickin my @##. I invested close to 6 hours trying to get that dang leak to stop. I'm a handyman so I'm pretty good at fixing things but with this, I met my match. The owner, Larry, was so willing to help me solve the problem while I was in the store. We tried replacing the cartridge ($20) and the seals (he gave me for free). Went back and went to work to no avail. If I coulda thrown the thing out the window I woulda. I called at about 4:50 to try to speak to Larry but he wasn't available so I asked the gentleman on the phone if he had any techs that might be able to help me troubleshoot the problem and he referred me to Terry, the service manager (Not a technician). I spoke to Terry and told him my dilemma and he asked me where the property was and I told him and he said he'll right there. This 60+ year old man hopped in his truck and buzzed down to help. He got there, worked on it for about 30 minutes and couldn't get the leak to stop so he went back to the store to grab another part. He came back and worked on it for another 10 minutes. No luck. He then called Larry (the owner) and explained the situation and Larry came by too and together, after about 30 more minutes of working on that #$%#%$, they got it fixed. Thinking surely I was gonna get raked for needing two people to fix it, I asked what the damage was and Larry said "Don't worry about it". Huhhhh. I didn't think I heard him correctly. They refused to take any money. Terry lives more than an hour away and Larry came by to help after business hours and didn't even charge me for nearly an hours worth of work. If you find any company that would do that, you better not lose their number. I will continue to use them and I will refer people to them because they went above and beyond when there was not motivation to. Amazingly friendly guys and very knowledgeable. A customer for life Please remember to post reviews about all companies you come in contact with but be weary about fake reviews as well. There are companies out there that other companies hire to leave fake reviews so if it sounds really generic, its probably fake. The installation failed inspection twice because they insisted on installing other devices instead of the required expansion tank. Flow Pro later returned to correct the issue, and the installation passed final inspection on the third attempt. The job was ultimately completed, but I had to repeatedly follow up with Flow Pro to get the permit and inspection issues resolved. What should have taken 7 to 10 days took 9 weeks.

He offered to come out within the hour for $550. He was going to have to come back the next morning anyways since his other guy had the camera. We said we would just wait until morning. It was so late (10pm) The next morning Kyle arrived promptly at 9am. They were honestly the most prompt plumbers I've ever met. I showed Kyle where to access the crawl space to get under the house. He chose to just run the snake from the front yard. Kyle never did go onto the roof or under the house. He did eventually break the clog loose & proceeded to clean up. I asked for the camera footage. He did not run the camera. I asked him to do so. He then ran it but, I do not feel it was ran properly as his diagnosis was not accurate. It also took him less than 5 mins to run the camera ... I didn't think much of it since Kyle said I did not need the footage. This was Thursday morning. On Saturday my husband took off to replace the section of pipe that Kyle said was wrong. We ended up putting a level on the pipes, under the house. The angles were accurate. I called Kenny to ask for the camera footage that we should of received when Kyle ran it. Kenny was a bit upset that we were not given that footage when we paid for the job. It's also my experience that snaking the drains from the roof is twice the price, I was however ok as long as it was completed. Here we were on a Saturday trying to fix this issue but we could not get the footage we were promised. Kenny said he did not have the camera, it was in Kyle's truck & he was off for the weekend. This is the reason I did not give 5 stars. We had to delay repairing the pipe due to Kyle not completing the job as promised. We had to wait for Kenny to retrieve the camera on Monday. Then he showed up on Monday. The diagnosis Kyle had given was not accurate. Unfortunately we wasted a weekend & canceled a job that we had scheduled had Kyle done the job properly the first time, we wouldn't be in that predicament. It's my opinion he either didn't know what he was looking at or he did not run the camera & just pretended he did. Kyle said the cast iron was in good condition. Kenny said it needed to be replaced. Kyle said it was the angle of the pipe. It was the size of the pipes not matching up. Kenny however crawled under the house, ran the camera & discovered the issue. It was nothing at all what Kyle said but, at least he stood by his service & came back at my request. This is why they received 4 stars. Tbh... Kenny deserves 5 stars & Kyle deserves 3... I have already recommended them to a few people. My only other observation is... you might need a second camera to keep on the bosses truck. Twice we needed it & it was on the other truck. If you're running a camera for nearly every job, it might be a good investment to have a back up. In closing I do recommend Elite Plumbing. Kenny is the owner & he stands behind his work. If something is not right, Kenny does what he can to make it right. If you're in need of plumbing repairs, I highly recommend Elite Plumbing.

Called Elite Plumbing and they sent a Tech to investigate. ANGELO diagnosed the problem, removed a section of sheetrock and repaired a 1 foot section of leaking copper pipe. I soon received a bill for $650, which I thought was excessive. As part of the remediation process, ANGELO decided to remove the Hot Water Heater from the property!?!? When contacted to ask where the HWH was, ANGELO responded that I told him to remove it! I would never have instructed him to do that. Very disappointed, and would not recommend this company. And Ken, as owner, you know EXACTLY what happened, your employee remove the water heater from my unit and probably installed as new somewhere else! I had an…read moreemergency at one of my rental properties, made an appointment (mind you this was 15 hours after I called) and once they got there, they said they were only there for a quote and the service couldn't be performed until tomorrow, another 24 hours. So 39 hours in total my tenants would be waiting for a solution to a plumbing issue. Also, their quote came in at almost 3x the amount other businesses gave me. I told the technician I was not interested in moving forward, then the company had the audacity to call me, again an AI robot, to try to schedule the service.
