I met with a handful of web service providers and Tasha & Drew at Vegas Website Design were far and away the winners. With our first meeting they listened to our businesses unique needs and tailored a solution for our needs. This was all specific to exactly the amount of support I was looking for which was greatly appreciated- their competition really didn't do that but matched us to existing offers. They were able to partner with us on building plans that are helping us grow. Implementation was extremely painless and easy. I was prepared for a mess but it was nearly handsfree and smooth, all completed within a day. There are regular website backups so I know we'll never lose any data or content. After implementation, Tasha has been extremely proactive with our team on improving the websites. I admittedly have been really swamped but she's taken it on to do research of what has worked for other businesses in our vertical and how we can improve on it. I'm overall extremely impressed with Vegas Website Designs work and the best part? It's a fraction of the price of our last partner. Truly impressed top to bottom with their partnership, the care they have shown my team, and their dedication to excellence. I'd absolutely recommend them for any sized business.

Ryan has been taking care of my computer issues/questions/installations for about four months now…read more I am self-employed and totally depend on my computer for my income. I knew I had found someone trustworthy when he came out the first time to fix my DVD drive. The drive would not open, and Ryan quoted me a price to replace it if he could not fix it. After working on it for about 45 minutes, he told me it would have to be replaced. In the process of removing the drive, the player popped open, and there was a mini-DVD that had jammed the system. Ryan popped the original player back in my computer and did not charge me for a new player or any extra service time. If he doesn't have an immediate answer to a problem, he brainstorms and/or researches for the best solution. Thanks Ryan!

It was kind of last minute, so we were surprised how quickly they assigned us a team to come up with ideas and creatives. We ended up using a mobile billboard truck at certain times during the convention, but were very happy about their idea of using their brand ambassadors in our booth to hand out information and attract attention. They came up with the perfect look and outfits for them, trained them what to do and say, and took care of everything. We're still getting feedback from people who saw the trucks on the strip who were impressed that we were in the middle of some of the iconic places and thought we were "everywhere" during the convention. Overall we are very happy with what they did for us at the last minute to make our trip a success. Highly recommended.
