Sent out several request and flash delivery service responded first both with an email and a phone call. Immediately called back and spoke with the very professional employee. She explained how the service would work and that their courier would pick up the tuxedo from within the hotel and hand deliver it to the rental store. Total was about $60. Received the link to submit payment. Being an anal retentive, I phoned her afterwards to once again review that the time had to be after 11 AM and request the name of the courier so I can inform the Hotel. She was able to oblige both. when I landed back in Boston, I had received an email confirming completion of a delivery. Again being a bit of a control freak I phoned the rental store and they confirm they had received the tuxedo. Really great service, really smooth and professional would highly recommend them. Uber may be cheaper, but they're not going to leave the car see you would need to arrange for someone to bring your item to the car and then retriever from the car at the destination.

I asked if the document was submitted on the 19th of August and I was told it was. On August 26th I was told it was completed and would be mailed out to me. 2 days later I was told it actually wouldn't be ready until September 9th. That's 4 weeks after the original submission date. For those of you who are unfamiliar, the US Department of State currently has 2 processing times as of Summer 2025: 2 weeks for hand-ins by couriers, and 6 weeks by mail-ins. It wasn't until I confronted him on how ridiculous this situation was and that I know how this process actually works that he said he would provide a refund. Spoiler Alert: he didn't. It's now September 9th, I emailed him this morning and I didn't receive any response until I emailed him again in the afternoon stating I was filing a claim with my bank and making sure to review him everywhere I could. This man either doesn't know how to properly run a business, thinks he can trick his clients, or both. Every response I got took around 24 hours for a reply except for the first email and my email about the bank claim. Every response was also very vague and short. Edit: He just emailed me from his phone (it's currently 7:35 CDT), and said that he's "officially done" with me and he's "destroying" my document. This is very clearly someone throwing a tantrum from getting caught.
