Only half the bar selection but my amazing cocktail was born here

So apparently this place opened up a couple years ago and I'm so angry that I'm just finding out. When it comes to beer I love a good selection and I love people who are knowledgeable of what they sell. I love to try new things but sometimes I need help getting out of my lager ways lol. Carry was our bartender and she was awesome. ( side note, carry got robbed 20 mins before we came in. Nothing scary, just some idiot that tried to grab beers out of the fridge and force his way out but she took care of that idiot)left in a cop car. Back to the review. She set me up with a couple sours and ciders and every single one hit the spot. Not only is the beer and mixed drinks good. They got tons of seating and games all over the place. I'm feeling this place and it will become one of the spots I'll visit frequently.

Let me preface this by saying, I'm not a beer drinker so I don't ever seek out tap rooms or breweries. However, this tap room popped up on my radar because they hosted a Gilmore Girls trivia ! And ... they had themed drinks. What I loved even more, upon arriving I found out they had offered themed mocktails as well! I wasn't feeling well so I very happily ordered one of the mocktails but I would love to enjoy a good cocktail! I like that they offer cocktails regularly and spirits and it's not strictly beer. They seem to have themed cocktails fairly regularly as right now they have Girl Scout cookie cocktails. It's a woman owned small business which we also love. The place is small in front but they have a bigger section in the back and apparently the back garage also opens up. The trivia was packed and it was fun - although the trivia master was not the best - the event overall was great, the service and quality of drinks was great too considering how crowded it was! They do have a small offering of food and everything was fairly priced as well. I cannot wait to come back and will continue to look for other events in the future !

Local Tap is just that. a small, local bar just opened in Lansdale specializing on the local liquor scene. I've always been amazed by the number of brewers, distillers and wine makers in the area and a pub crawl from one to another can be fun but this place seems to do away with the need to go to more than one place. The beers favor local brewers like Round Guys and Doylestown brewers, local wines and local distillers like Boardroom feature prominently on their list. the style of the place is industrial and if I'm fair, a little padding on the bar stools would NOT be out of place but it has a friendly vibe in the main room with a back room set up for larger groups. food is currently limited bar food but they are fine with you bringing your own and on the strip mall alone there is pizza and a great Chinese place, I don't recommend the pet warehouse, but they are planning to have something set up with Wister's BBQ place shortly- see my review on this wonderful place for my feeling on this. I'm giving this 4 stars for now as they're getting up to speed but if they fulfill their promise i'll be happy to upgrade. So good drink, nice atmosphere, plans for great food, it is also in walking distance for a large neighborhood that previously has not had a watering hole near at hand. signs are good for the Local Tap to become a local stop.

This place doesn't seem welcoming and warm. The ambiance is grouchy and judgmental. I don't think it's worth the effort to go there

Food was terrible. Service slow. Ambiance terrible, overhearing racial epithets from fellow patrons. It was altogether gross.

Everything was flavorful and thoughtfully prepared, and the crispy potatoes were absolutely to die for. While my swordfish came out slightly cold and a tad bland, the quality and taste of the rest of the meal more than made up for it. The service was strong, especially considering how busy New Year's Eve can be. We were taken great care of by who I believe was the manager for the evening, which made the experience feel especially welcoming and well managed. Our server seemed extremely busy, and while we wish he could have been a bit more accommodating, it was clear he was juggling a lot and still handled everything wonderfully. My family comes to Tressini very often and we always look forward to dining here. it's a place we truly enjoy and trust for a great meal. The only things we'd love to see improved are a bit more variety on the menu and more dessert options, as there was a heavy focus on gelato. Overall, another lovely experience, and we'll definitely be back again soon. It was definitely packed for the holiday, but it was not crazy loud to the point where you can't hear yourself so no complaints on the ambiance.

It was 100 degrees out, so we had no interest in that. While I was parking, my friend attempted to get us a table. The hostess said she had a high top available in the bar. My friend said that was fine. A few minutes later, I came inside and my friend was still waiting to be sat. Multiple customers came in after us and were seated immediately. My friend had to ask the hostess if she was going to seat us! She said yes and then proceeded to seat other people. Unreal. Then another guy came out and asked us if we were being helped and we told him what happened. Then the hostess showed back up, he said something to her, and then she finally took us to the table. Listen, I was a server for many years. I get the ins and outs of a restaurant. All you have to do is communicate with the customers. If she was waiting for the table to be cleaned off, or if there was some other reason for the delay, then just have the courtesy to tell us and not ignore us. Anyway... Once we were seated, our waitress greeted us relatively quickly. We ordered the blueberry cornbread, the turkey blt and the falafel wrap (we shared all 3). All the food was delivered in a timely manner, and the presentation was nice. Out of everything, the cornbread was the best. My friend loved all of the items, but I did not. Falafel wrap was ordinary. Nothing special at all. The fries were crisp and tasty. And ceasar salad was ok (we got a side salad in place of the fries for one of the meals). The BLT had so much potential, if it weren't for the bacon. Let's just say it didn't taste like bacon. I don't want to be too gross, but it honestly tasted the way that a barn or zoo smells. It had this dirty, nasty flavor to it that totally turned me off and made me lose my appetite. The cornbread was amazing, but everything else was lackluster. I posted some pics, so be sure to take a look. Oh, and before we were finished eating, some guy came and attempted to take our plates from us without asking if we were finished! It was weird. The place itself is cute, but very small and cramped. I felt a little claustrophobic in the bathroom. It was super easy to pay the bill, as they provide a QR code and take Apple Pay. Would I go back? Heck no.

The salad was a bit underwhelming and we wished there was more salmon sashimi in it, but the dressing was good and it was a nice and light dish to start with. The Pork Regular Combo was plenty for us, and had a good variety of pork belly, jowl, and spicy bull-dwaeji to try. We ended with a really tasty marinated galbi. Our meal also included steamed egg, corn cheese, and doenjang and kimchi jjigaes, which did not fall short, either. Our waiters were extremely attentive and accommodating! Our original reservation was scheduled for 8:30 PM and our plans changed, so we wanted to come in earlier. The staff did their very best on a packed night and were able to get us in at 7:30 PM and made sure to call us to let us know. We had a waiter grilling at all times, so our food was ready quickly. SALT is tucked in a plaza with plenty of parking on a busy night. The restaurant itself was cozy, but one thing we did notice was how quickly we ran out of space at our table. We felt a bit rushed to clear things out, but otherwise, a really great experience!
