This was on July 28th. When I did not receive it on August 12th nor hear anything from the company. I called them and spoke to Luc. He asked where I was calling from and when I told him California, he apologized and said they do not ship to California. He added that he was going to call those people that ordered from there a few days after their orders. I told him it has already been more than 2 weeks and he sounded flustered as he said he would start the cancelation process, refund me and email me when this is completed. I asked him why this wasn't done sooner and he did not have an answer. This site needs clarify what areas they do not ship to. I had already dug the hole where the tree was going and could have ordered somewhere else.
