I wondered why I had never stumbled upon the place, it is because it is not on 27/441. It is a short diversion off that route though, and well worth it. I was looking for things that not everyone in TV has, and succeeded, I bought a " Fire Lime", gorgeous. They also had jalatropha, which none else around here had, and I had to buy it at the Edison Estate. It is beautiful and deadly toxic. Bigger than it looks. Price for my large Fire Lime was only $20, a bargain I think. I like K and B too, but Goney's is even better

Ray, one of the owners of the company personally came to our home and suggested hardy plants to replace them. Goney's recently completed the job and I am extremely happy with the installation. The crew doing the install work for Goney's directly and were quite professional and courteous. The real benefit of going to Goney's is actually going to the nursery and being able to see what you were going to get installed. The staff at the nursery were very helpful about info about the plants. If you hire a landscaper with no nursery you do not know what you will be getting installed. When Lori Murray invited us to today's Pollinator Census Party, my friend and I (Kathy & Kitty) were excited to come back. What a lovely and fun experience it was! Lori was well prepared. She explained the pollinator-counting process perfectly and guided us through our 15-minute observation period. She was continually available to answer questions and even offered to help us submit our results. Lori had her adorable air-conditioned "She Shed" set up with delicious Italian and turkey sandwiches, cookies, candy and the most delicious green tea with honey! Her plants are absolutely beautiful and reasonably priced. My friend bought 4 plants during our first trip. My husband and I plan to return on Tuesday to work with Lori on creating a beautiful full-sun arrangement for a 20 inch pot we have in our backyard (hopefully with a tall "thriller" in the center and beautiful Purple and Fuscia Penta fillers around it that will attract the butterflies and bees like the ones we counted today. I'm looking forward to getting Lori's advice because she clearly knows her plants! If you love gardening, flowers, pollinators or simply supporting a wonderful local business, I highly recommend Murray's Flowers & Fun Finds. We're so glad we discovered this little gem! Thank you, Lori, for making our first visit (and our first Pollinator Census) such a memorable experience!

A Natural Farm and Educational Center was founded in 2012 by French born Luc & Sonia Duytsche. The couple was inspired to create a natural, chemical free garden center by Luc's background at a Lake Country tree farm and at several other plant nurseries. A Natural Farm and Educational Center specializes in edible and medicinal plants. They have many varieties of fruit trees, berries, olive trees, avocado, carambola, coconut palms, banana trees, papaya, ginger and turmeric plants, fig, guava, dragon fruit, and so much more. It was really fun to explore so many unusual plants like Okinawa spinach and comfrey which can be used to treat bruises, osteoarthritis, sprains, and other conditions. The farm also has an indoor area where they offers free and low cost educational classes for both children and adults on topics such as sustainable farming, gardening and plant production. You can also schedule private tours and events. Follow them on Facebook and Instagram for all of the latest happenings.
