Ray, one of the owners of the company personally came to our home and suggested hardy plants to replace them. Goney's recently completed the job and I am extremely happy with the installation. The crew doing the install work for Goney's directly and were quite professional and courteous. The real benefit of going to Goney's is actually going to the nursery and being able to see what you were going to get installed. The staff at the nursery were very helpful about info about the plants. If you hire a landscaper with no nursery you do not know what you will be getting installed. So you maybe paying for very small plants and get "bait and switched" on the plants. They are a long time company in the area with an Excellent reputation..

My landscaper told me they knew these people and recommended I go there to look at what they had…read morefor trees and plants that he planned for my yard. I pulled in to see a sign that said the landscaper must accompany the customer to enter. I was told by landscaper this wasn't necessary...wrong. I decided to go and explain the situation and see if they would show me what the plants were that my landscaper had told me about. I was met by the most RUDE and obnoxious woman I have ever met. She was so standoffish,unhelpful, rude and just down right nasty. After listening to her smart off to and say a lot of unnecessary things instead of TRYING to be a human with decency, i decided i didn't deserve her abuse. I took my papers I had shown her back from her, said thanks but this isn't helping. She continued to yell things at me as I was walking to my car. Whether she sells retail or wholesale doesn't give her the right for such rudeness and unkindness. I will be spending a LOT of money on these trees and plants...and I will make sure this business doesn't get a dime of it due to HER. If you OR your landscaper are considering using this business.....i will tell you, in her very own words... " KEEP MOVING MOTHER FUCKER !" classy.....( shaking my head....)

Staff morale seemed good, unlike at the Walmarts around here where they seem like Roman rowing galley slaves. Employee Brian was friendly and helpful, a welcome departure from employees scurrying away and avoiding my eyes.
