The fries were that perfect crispy and golden color. I talked to one of the owners and he explained the batter was their own recipe that took a lot of tweaking. I love this food truck a lot also, they are behind a brew pub so if you want a beer with your corn dog it is only steps away. I love this food truck and the food.
