He's now helping us decide on which installer to use. We've found Ian to be very easy to work with. A good listener. His original design was right on, great design, and we made very few tweaks. He also understood we are budget conscious and never made us feel uncomfortable with wanting to do certain things on a budget - he totally got it. Great listener. He followed up when he was supposed to, very timely, very respectful. He was very easy to work with, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Will post pics at some point once we finish everything! We feel lucky to have found him.

Maybe the clients are happy with this sort of behavior, but if you're considering hiring them and want to stay on good terms with your neighbors, I'd suggest going elsewhere. They are bad people.
