This is a family owned business, and you can really tell how much they care about their customers. Jacob came out to measure back on June 13th, and he was the one who came back later to spray the weeds and grass. He is honestly such a great guy, super helpful, and just a total pleasure to work with. I wasn't really sure what the next steps were, so I reached out to Albert, and he let me know they would install the sod in about one to two weeks. The timeline did end up being longer than that, and we didn't hear back for a few days over a holiday weekend, but we completely understand that they needed a well deserved break. I did have to be the one to reach out each time to get updates, but Albert always made sure to get back to me and answer all my questions. Looking at their reviews, these guys are crazy busy and doing a yard every single day, so you just have to be patient, because they are so worth the wait. Today was the big day, and the crew arrived to install our new Pro Vista sod. It actually started pouring rain right when they got here, but instead of leaving or rushing through the job, they just waited it out. As soon as the rain passed, they jumped right to work and finished my entire yard in about two to three hours, which was so impressive. Albert's dad was there too, and he is seriously so sweet and an absolute joy to work with. Also, we recently had new driveway pavers put in, and the crew actually told my husband they wanted to be extra careful not to damage them, which we appreciated so much. They were so respectful and kept all of their heavy machinery completely off the pavers the entire time. I uploaded a video of the final lawn to Google Maps because you can see just how incredibly clean and tight they cut the seams right up against our new pavers. Their attention to detail is unmatched! We had put this project off for years because other things always came up, so having a beautiful yard has been a dream of mine for a very long time. We still have a lot more improvements to do to our house, but we are just so happy with how everything is going and so glad to finally have great grass. To show just how amazing the transformation is, I uploaded photos of their entire process: our patchy starting point, the yard after they did the prep work and sprayed the weeds, and the final lush, green result. It might sound a little cheesy, but they really made that dream come true. The Pro Vista looks beautiful already, and Albert already emailed us the watering instructions, plus they are coming back tomorrow to roll it. I will do a follow up in a month to let you know how the grass does. I cannot express how happy I am with this whole team. From Jacob and Albert to Albert's dad and the rest of the crew, they all have the best attitude, and we highly recommend them.

Cesar Lopez arrived at 4:00 pm as scheduled, diagnosed the pump and syphon system. He inspected the pump check valve and re-installed. He primed the pump. The syphon system was relocated on the intake side of the pump. Irrigation / well pump was services within two hours. Cesar Lopez carried all of the necessary equipment, tools and parts within his service truck. All six (6) sprinkler zones were operational. He was definitely more personable than the rest of the people I got quotes from and took the time to answer all my questions. We ended up going with him since he seemed trustworthy and was mid-range priced--not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Everything seemed to be going well until 2 days after starting the job he called us to ask for more money since there was more on the roof than he anticipated--even though he actually went out for an in person quote and probably should have been more thorough. At that point with the job 2/3 done, what are we supposed to say? No? After agreeing to the increased charge, he finished Friday as promised and sent pictures prior to getting paid. At this point I would have still felt like he deserved 5 stars because there was a lot of clean up and the pictures looked really great compared to how it was before. Unfortunately, shortly after mud water was backing up into the sinks and when they went to go check the cap was off the main sewer line with leaves all blown in. We contacted Jamie the following Monday who, of course, stated that it wasn't his fault. To his credit he offered to come take a look at it but then stopped responding. We had to get a plumber out to fix it who said the cap came off somehow and leaves/dirt was blown into it. Kind of suspicious since he was the last one to do anything around that area. He finally called us back on Wednesday and stated that even if it's not his fault he would pay for half of it. I thought that was reasonable but then 4 days later he decided that he's not paying since it's not his fault. This whole thing has been really annoying to deal with.
