Dusty was patient enough to wait on me to return to my car and follow the unclear directions I gave to find it. Only last week I used their services when I realized that my car key was damaged and unable to operate my car due to chewing by the dog. Within 30 minutes time someone arrived to fix and exchange the key, today, only 8 short days later the brand new key has given out and does not work at all. It is an electric key, so when the key was exchanged the trunk button and the panic alarm button were still disfunction and did not work, but I ignored this because I figured since I hadn't had the key remade by the manufacturer of the vehicle maybe this was typical of keys designed by third party locksmiths. I was content with the fact that the unlock and lock buttons at least worked. Today nothing worked, not a single button on the key. I called the lock service back and explained the situation, after asking me maybe 10 times if I am certain that they are the ones who provided the service, (despite my unwavering assurance and current receipt) I was finally asked for an address. I immediately sent over the address and after an hour and a half of no response I finally called back to follow-up. During this call I was told that no one was ever coming, and he "figured he'd just do it in the morning." Imagine my disbelief at the fact that no one was going to communicate that enormous detail to me. It was also rather shocking considering the fact that they advertise as a 24 hour service company. I explained that I, like most others, have a job. I teach 5th and 6th grade, and I need to be able to operate my vehicle in order to get to my job. My students are testing tomorrow. He then casually explained that he would, "call around." To see if maybe anyone would be willing to exchange my faulty key this evening. 3 hours have elapsed from the initial point of contact, no one has reached out to me or at the very least offered an apology for the inconvenience of it all after I paid 200 dollars just last week for a key that was broken from the beginning. Now my fingers are crossed, I'm unsure whether or not my key actually will be replaced; they don't seem to be in any sort of rush this evening since no payment would be due this time. these locksmiths in galveston area all work together and deliberately screw people over, they lie, they promise that they're on the way and never show up or answer they're phone again... OR .. they call and say "i'm in the way be there in :20"... then 2 hours later call again and say they're 5 minutes away and never show... the locksmith that actually came and helped was out of freeport... they actually showed and charged $125 for unlock... but couldn't make a key... they said that the other locksmith told HIM that he was NEVER coming... like i said... these 5-6 "locksmith companies"... are all buddy buddy and and the most inconsiderate, unprofessional group of business i've EVER in my 54 years experienced...they're like a circle of mean high school girls... if anybody reading this is interested in making a killing... get your locksmith license, mover to galveston and retire all these worthless companies... what a joke... do yourself a favor and just a call a wrecker... to help with these other companies... they're trash ALL of them... if you type in galveston texas locksmith... EVERY SINGLE ONE listed... i could go into great detail and give numbers to avoid... but don't want to waste another moment of my time... Bad service. Locksmith tried to charge $110 for a car lock out lmao. Tried to negotiate but he wouldn't budge when i know the normal price is only $60-80. Just left without a word or good bye. Ended up with another locksmith who was kind and was paid $80 plus a tip for being nice. Also waited 50 minutes when they said they were only 15 away. Don't trust this company. read more

I got work done by them. They charged me for the full service when he was only able to do half the job. I paid a mechanic to finish the job. They say they would call me back to tell me if they can give me a refund for the programming since it wasn't done by the locksmith and it's now over 5 hours later and no call back. Poor service.
