Jordan was a godsend. We were locked out, and had a family member who had just got out of the hospital after a motor vehicle accident. We called a lot of places - Keyme Minute Key, and got generic messages (technician will call you, etc.). When one technician finally called back he gave us a two hour wait. Jordan picked up immediately and was at our place within 15 minutes, and we were in the house in another fifteen.
