She kept insisting it was an Amazon return. I showed her the word JOCKEY at the top of QR code. She rudely told me "go to the back of the store". I go to the back. One employee back there, like no man's land. I explain I have a Jockey store return and he says "I don't know if I can return those". I have no WiFi in the dang store. I have to get on Kohls WiFi to show him the code. What should have taken at tops 5 minutes turned into 25 minutes of two rude employees and a frustrating experience. Can't speak for value since o skip kohls for clothing or really anything. Won't return based on how they handle customers.

A few days after receiving them I went to the Wake Forest store to exchange them for a larger size, same tee in the same colors. This store has recently closed its returns counter in the rear of the store and consolidated returns with checkouts. Obviously the cashiers have not been properly trained. The cashier did not know how to process my exchange. My receipt with the order # was in my Kohl's app which I had available yet she couldn't figure it out. She asked the cashier next to her who didn't have a clue either. Then she asked a third cashier who gave her two seconds of instructions as she kept walking. What I caught of that brief interaction was that different sizes have different SKU's so technically it's not an even exchange. Next thing I knew the cashier did a return for the two original tees (which probably decreased my Kohl's cash) and she rang the correct sizes at the current price telling me how much additional I owed. When I explained that I had gotten them on sale and shouldn't owe more for an exchange of the same item, she simply stated that the sale I got had ended and I needed to pay the current price. I wish I had asked to speak to a manager but I was so angry that I stormed out telling her I wasn't buying them. I still need to check my credit card to make sure she voided her purchase transaction when I left. In addition, half of my Kohl's order still hasn't arrived even though my Kohl's cash expired two days ago!

The woman at the Crabtree Valley Mall had a "can you afford it?" attitude so I ended up going back to Luisbourg location where I finally bought the 3 piece suite back in August and since they don't do alterations they send you to this location. All I needed was the pant plain bottom and they did it in a timely manner but when I got home I actually wore it and realized that the pant had a defect, upon lifting one leg to go upstairs the zipper would show. I returned to the store and explained to the manager fearing he would say "sorry, there is nothing we can do after the pant has been cut to your size" but I was wrong, he understood and agreed there was a problem and said the tailor would fix it, I wasn't sure if the "hot shot" would be able to fix it but he did, he obviously knows his trade. 13 is not bad for the cut. I am not sure why they weren't able to produce the same suit when I first walked in. Sales dept seems to be better at the Louisburg store, the lady was very patient with me to get the right size. Will return to buy me one more at the same store on Louisburg Rd.

A staff person approached after about 5 minutes and I asked how the boot display was organized and gave her a couple of boots I wanted to try on and gave her my size range. She returned with the same boots and said I should try them on to see how they work before she pulled the matching boot from the back. I requested the second boot and she really wanted me to try just one, rather than arguing about getting both boots, we left without spending money at this store. Weekend staff is not engaged, may be different during the week but I would get my hopes up for good service.

The prices are good for most items and the aisles are easy to fit two carts down. Checking out can be an issue as there are just one of two cash registers open if you don't use self checkout. But with my bag from the pharmacy that sometimes causes issues in the self checkout so I will wait for a register. Service is friendly so just give yourself some time to checkout.
