Was a last minute walk in cuz my original barber only goes by bookings and I had no time. 0 starts for me. came in with 3 months of grown hair, asked for a simple mid-fade, lineup, & an inch off the top. Ended up leaving with a different style cut. Long on the front, short on the back, razor bumps on my left on the back, cut my ear, some white patch on my left side. Back of my head was left butchered. Bro didn't even blend it in and left long hairs on spots he already cut,didn't even line me up and had to leave cuz I was already running late. Went back the next day hoping to get my money back but was more pushy to fix it and so I let him. Asked for the line up, blend the back of my head, and to cut the front end the same length as the back so the top of my head is even. Was gonna leave it as that but got home to be even more disappointed. Now the front was cut way to short while the back was longer from the top of my head. Not gonna bother to go back but hopefully this review cost him more $$ then the $40 I payed he's at the top right corner of the entrance with glasses do not go to him unless u tryna get a butchered look for Halloween. Was tryna pin the fault on me by saying I should've showed him photos and when I called him out for cutting my back to short he said nah that's not the top of my head. This is a terrible place. DO NOT GO HERE!! Eric, the owner has no customer service skills. Cuts are terrible and the shop blast rap music about drugs, gangs and violence. Had posted a negative review prior and it was deleted. The owner told me I would be waiting 28 min... waited over an hour and he took a guy that walked in before me. We waited more than an hour and were overlooked by the guy whom we checked in with later only to be told he had no idea we were waiting when we were the only females there. I'm convinced that the positive reviews for this shop are the friends of the barbers trying to help their Business out. When you walk in the whole place smells like weed, the shop itself is very unprofessional they eat while cutting your hair and talk about taking shots while working. Got my hair cut by Michelle, asked for a simple fade on the edges and evened up with my long hair. She ran a fade up to the mid section of my head and cut off 8 months worth of length. When I showed her the picture again she argued that I got what I asked for. No I did not ask for a top fade after working on a naturally curly Afro fro the last year. I hate that I paid money to get screwed over by her. Not sure how the rest of the barbers are but definitely don't get cut by Michelle, and honestly don't go their to spend your money. Look at what I asked for compared to what I got and ask yourself if you're really desperate enough to take the chance. read more
