They've done everything from engine seals, leak down tests, AC repair, oil changes, brakes, steering components, shocks, etc- everything. This are two particularly expensive cars to work on, and they always give me a great deal and are very honest and responsive. I've been to probably abotu 80 or 90 mechanics in my lifetime and these guys are the most reputable, knowledgable, and trustworthy group of people I've ever worked with. 11/10 value, service, warranty, integrity. Third, always get a second estimate before you engage them. My experience is that their pricing is crazy. They overcharge because there are so few repair shops in the area. I've gotten so many lower estimates from other shops that I don't waste my time with them anymore. Finally, the owner's son who basically runs the Nevins shop is rude and ignorant. Never going back.

Which needs proper torquing and proper placement for filter and oil ring to avoid oil leaks compared to the plastic cap and covers that tend to break and leak when not fitted properly. When I did, he was on vacation and left it to a worker who clearly had no clue what was going on -- and I got another bill. After promising a refund if he couldn't fix it, I gave him one last chance. I waited three hours and he never touched the car. Then he gave me a $1700 bill and refused to return my car unless I paid. He held my car hostage. Ami is full of smooth talk and zero results. This shop is a scam. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Not a place where you come in for an oil change and they make up some other repair you need 2. Fast. Usually, I come around 10-11 on a weekday, and for minor items, you're in and out in 20min; for bigger issues, maybe you leave it a few hours. 3. Quality. I had my Volvo bumper partially pulled off years ago and went to the dealer. They "fixed" it, but it popped out again a few weeks later. Clinton Collision fixed it for short money and it's held for a couple of years ago. 4. Helpful but not pushy. Things like, "Hey, you don't need new brakes/tires now, but you might want to think about it in six months." Seems like a family-owned business, which is always a plus. Highly recommended!
