So, I saw small boxes of flavored tea bags placed next to canned goods and shelved item placement that just didn't make sense, almost comical. I thought that they had cans of sardines located in at least 5 different places on different aisles. My thought was, oops, I just passed sardines...that's okay, here comes more cans. Their selection of items dairy and meat was interesting too because they had seafood from the caribbean and dairy products that were not seen elsewhere. The employees spoke multi languages so everyone local should feel comfortable shopping and very friendly too. We wander in without a shopping list. Wife was shocked, her favorite 5 lb. Koda Farm sweet rice was on sale for $14.99. This product was retailed in Fort Myers for $22. Quickly she packed up Hoisin sauce, Sesame oil, Coffee Candy and several packages of Tofu, bean sprout, and baby Bok Choy. They have a huge selection of frozen foods, but we did not pick up any because we needed a cooler to keep them for our drive home! There are clams, blue crabs, lobsters in tank and other fresh seafood available. Goat meat and lamb stew meat are on display. Meanwhile, I picked several chrysanthemum tea, red date, Goji berries. The place is spacious, clean and neatly organized with plenty of parking. Many items are reasonably priced. Two self-checkout counters were available, and the cashier lines are moving quickly. The staff is courteous and helpful! This is a short and quick visit, will return to explore more on our next visit with a cooler and a shopping list!

But when you talk about ELITE Asian markets, California has the BEST options with Mitsuwa Marketplace, Tokyo Central and H Mart. I love how they incorporate bakeries, food halls and tons of fresh prepared foods as grab & go options. To be fair, Cali also has a bigger Asian population than Florida, so there's that too! Enson Market is incredibly clean, organized and a beautiful Asian Market in itself. They did a great job with the way everything is laid out. The produce, meat and seafood options look fresh! I love that they do have a sushi, onigiri and fresh grab and go food space. Although when I came around 1pm, most of these options were gone so it was mostly empty. They also have a little area next to the bakery items and seafood space where they sell roast duck, crispy pork, bbq pork (char siu), and more. I would definitely come back for these!!! The smell was so strong that it left a terrible odor in both my vehicle and my home, so I had no choice but to return to the store immediately to return the product. When I arrived at Customer Service, I was assisted by Andrew. Instead of showing understanding or apologizing for the situation, I felt that his attitude was frustrated and not professional toward my concern. Because of that experience, I asked to speak with the manager on duty, Tiffany, hoping she could help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, her response was even more disappointing. She told me that Andrew "just talks that way" and that it did not mean he had a bad attitude. She then told me that if I had a bad attitude, she would not assist me. I want to make it clear that my frustration was not directed at the employees personally, but at a situation that was completely justified: 1. I had to return to the supermarket because I was sold a tray of meat that was already spoiled. 2. When I reported the issue, I received an unfriendly and unhelpful response from Andrew. 3. When I asked for assistance from the manager, instead of receiving a solution or an apology, I was treated with coldness and was told that I would not be helped if I was upset. As a customer, I find it unacceptable that, after purchasing a product in poor condition, I also had to deal with a lack of empathy and professionalism from the customer service team. I left the store shocked and extremely disappointed by the way this situation was handled. This could have been resolved easily with respect, understanding, and proper customer service.

It was easy to run in, grab what I needed and head to the check out. The under 10 items lane had no customers so I quickly checked out with a very nice cashier. This location is always super clean and organized, and their staff are all very friendly. Everyone seems to know where everything is located, every-time I've asked for help I'm guided to the right aisle. Close to home and convenient, I love it!

If you want a cart you will need to bring a quarter and to get your money back you need to return your cart from the parking lot back to the store saving employees from having to collect the carts. You will also have to bring your own bags or pay for theirs. Sometimes I'll just grab one of their empty boxes. Lines used to be long in store because they keep their staff to a bare bones minimum but since they added self checkout I rarely wait in line anymore. I was at Sawgrass Mills Mall and needed a few items so I popped into this location near the mall on Sunrise Blvd. There are now 208 Aldi locations throughout Florida so there is always one near by when I need it. The store was clean and well organized. I was able to easily grab what I needed and I had fun checking out the new Aisle of Shame inventory where they have a lot of cleaning products and exercise equipment in anticipation of the new year. My new favorite Aldi product is the Coconut Hydration Electrolytes Blue Mix Sticks in the blue raspberry flavor. They are only 15 calories and make your water taste delicious. Thanks to them I'm carrying my Owala with me wherever I go. I also love that this Aldi had the self checkout that allowed me to get out quickly and on my way to my next adventure.

At first glance as I enter the vestible, are a long stacknof LOCKED, shopping carts that have .25 cents imprinted on the top of the cart to rent. Then if you return the cart you are reimbursed the quarter. Also, there are no shopping bags provided. The store is much smaller than Publix but it seems to be easily navigated with wide aisles and the food sections are largely displayed on the walls. The prices for similar Publix or Winn Dixie items seem slightly lower on most items. Looking for a simple seeded rye bread was a failure, although, they did offer a large variety of private and recognizable national brands. The beer section was fully stacked and noticed that the prices were extremely competitive. The best deals were the bags of mini avocados for $3.69 instead of the competition price of $5.19 or one gallon of whole milk by Friendly Farms for $3.02. I grabbed a bag of avocados and walked to the self checkout and noticed they dont accept cash, so paid the low price on my credit card and left. After the completion of this shopping project, I would have to agree that there are deep discounted deals here and many reviewers were correct.
