If you wash here and the machine takes your money report this place to California Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission Because they are not listed on the BBB. I've been going to this laundromat for the past 3 years and overall had a decent experience. Until today. We had an issue with one of the washing machines while using their $3 laundry card. We loaded the card with $20 and when we inserted the card for the $8 washing machine, it wasn't starting. We always come here using a $10 and an $8 washing machine, so we asked for help. The lady who was working at this time accused us of not loading money into the card. She wouldn't even let my boyfriend and me finish explain our situation. After reading the other recent reviews, this was a common issue. She then decided to just walk away without helping. Previous to this interaction, my boyfriend and I overheard the same employee arguing with another customer. I personally enjoyed coming here because of how clean and maintained the laundromat is. Came in last Saturday at 7pm. Very quiet. Only a couple people there. Upon pulling into parking lot, there are a few sketchy cars, some homelessness near the back of 711, beware of surroundings. Outside is clean. The laundry carts can be took outside to your vehicle to transport clothes which is helpful. Inside was clean, please of seating & folding tables, I think I counted 3-4 TV's. Many washers ranging from $3-11. Dryers $1/24 minutes. Complimentary coffee. Vending machines, most items $1. They do not take coins or have a coin machine. They have their own strict laundry card. So you load your money on their wash card and swipe it on the washer/dryers. Which was really cool to me! Makes life a lot easier & things move quicker. They have 1 all gender restroom, sink, window where you can purchase detergent and dryer sheets, etc. The lady working was named Carman and she was very nice. Cleaning and even offered us to use her key card and we just pay her. Which is the option we chose because it was easier and we probably shouldn't need to use a laundry mat after this time again. We came here on a Sunday to wash big blankets. There were a handful of people here which we expected there to be on a weekend. The laundry machines are very new, updated, and clean. We paid $13 to use the big washer machine, and I believe the smaller washer is $9. The big washer takes 24 minutes. The dryer machines are $1 for 24 minutes. You have to use an atm here to get a card with whatever balance you put into the atm in order for the machines to operate. There's a Dollar Tree right down the street which is super convenient if you need any laundry supplies. I would definitely recommend this laundromat because it is clean and it runs 24/7. read more

Customer service very bad - the people who oversees the place not helpful, poor communication skills and disrespectful employees!!! Don't go to this laundromat - you have to buy their card that is $3 to be able to use their w. machines. Any extra stored money in that card, the machine will eat the amount you have in that card if you don't watch it. I was one of the victims of this place! What a total joke and scam - this place is! Today 02/05/2025 I went in to wash for my second time at this laundromat around 8:30PM. First time there it was a very pleasant wash. However this second time I came around I went I deposited $20 and proceeded to pay on one of their $5 machines and since this is barely the second time coming I am not so familiar on how to use the card so I accidentally inserted my card 2 times therefore the machine charged me twice. When I tried to get help and explain what happened there the lady basically yelling at me said "I am sorry I am too busy just know that these machines are new and they wouldn't do that. Sorry there's nothing I can do!!!" All this but with an attitude and not even letting me speak or bring a solution to my problem, just screaming at my face. To which made me cry honestly cause I have never been treated like this ever before. I wouldn't have been mad or anything but literally times are tough and those were the only $20 I had left to wash and I even had to have 1 bag of laundry without washing for this mishap. read more
