The one and only reason this company received one star from me is because of Elvis. He was very…read morepersonable and kind. Firstly I was told that this tow truck company would come and retrieve my car in less than an hour. It took over three hours with them constantly pushing the time later and later each time I called. Thankfully Elvis managed to get my car to the auto body shop in one piece and all was well! Upon getting my car from the auto body shop this morning and driving home i noticed that the tow hitch was still in the front of my car which i tried to pull and get out. I called the company since they mistakenly left it in and spoke to rich, Richard, who would not give me his last name although he obviously knew mine. He told me try to do it myself or come to Manhattan. I told him i couldn't and i wasn't coming out to Manhattan from Brooklyn for something that was their fault. He then had the nerve to ask me if i had a boyfriend or a husband to which i responded no I'm a single woman what in the world. He was beyond unprofessional and unhelpful!!!!! This is not a company that i will be using in the future!

These guys are awesome! I called for an oil change- they said after 1. I got there at 12:30 and…read morethey took me right away. They let me sit in the office to do some work while waiting. They were fast and nice. While there they noticed my tail light was busted. They ordered one right away and told me to come back the next day in the afternoon. I went two days later. I just showed up- they said stay in your car. They did it for me right there while I was waiting. Fast and nice and that's what I want. I can not speak to prices because it's a fleet vehicle so I never see the cost. This is not a fancy place where you go in, wait, have coffee in the lounge etc. It's a dirty- greasy garage- and as long as they stay as fast and courteous as they were- that's plenty good for me.

We negotiated a $500 less than asking price, but that turned out to be a reason to not include the 3 month warranty, when I went to pay for the vehicle. Luckily, I didn't have any issues during that time. They also used some kind of deodorant chemical inside the truck, that smells awful. I had to buy an ozone generator to deal with it, which worked, but required several treatments. All things considered, I'm very happy with the truck.

They showed her a car she loved, at a fair price, and included a free 3 month warranty. She's had it for a month now. Do not try to purchase a used car here if you plan to communicate by email. Repeatedly I was…read morereplied to in a way that demonstrated my message was not read fully. The replies did, however, with their curt and snappy nature, communicate the sender's outrage at being asked to read a few paragraphs as part of the job he's paid to do. After he'd stated that it was okay for us to conduct the sale via Internet! I don't think I've ever written a one star or even a fully negative review for a company. I don't believe in it and even feel bad over it now. I felt like writing this last night but decided to give them another chance over the email I'd just sent - asking briefly and as politely as I knew how for the salesman to answer a few questions I had. But tonight, I got yet another terse reply that didn't even address what I'd said!! One of the 3 cars I was considering was sold, but I'm done even trying to look into buying either of the other two. Even though I really liked one of them and the price was great. It seems that common courtesy is very much out of style with people today, but if you are at work and trying to sell someone a very expensive item, you need to at least fake it briefly.
