The Ballad of John Adams- I'd like to start off by saying that I do not social media at all, but when I heard that I had an opportunity to write a review about the greatest Mortgage Loan Officer on the planet I quickly "hijacked" my wife's Facebook account logged into yelp and now here we are. We moved to Fernandina Beach in May 2018 and we were renting a sweet tiny little bungalow on the beach. After a few months of living the "salt life" we realized that we needed to buy a house an own a piece of paradise instead of renting one. Once we found a great realtor, we were introduced to a what was said as a solid Mortgage Loan Officer that was born and raised on the island and goes by the name John Adams. My initial thoughts were, ya ya ya, I'm sure they are all solid. Since I was new to the island and I do not travel with my own personal Mortgage Loan Officer, I thought what the heck , let's give John Adams a try. All my beginning dealings with John was over the phone, text,and email. Within a week of dealing with John it became very apparent to me that John Adams was special. What do I mean by special you ask? Before I answer that question, I feel the need to give a little slice of background on myself. I am a veteran, I served in the gulf war, and I currently as a civilian and have a job that demands I pay an awful lot of attention to detail. Ok ok back to John Adams. From start to finish John Adams delivered over and over again. Whether you prefer phone calls, text, email, fax, pagers, part lines, or morse code John Adams is prepared to communicate with you through your entire loan process and you call your preference. Once we found a great house and locked in, John Adams went into high gear. John was an absolute bulldog ensuring we had all our ducks in a row. 3 days into the lock in, John called me and stated that he can close in less then 28 days and asked me if I was prepared to do that? I silently laughed, thought ya right, but said " sure" we are prepared. Well, as the story goes John Adams absolutely delivered his word. Not only did we close inside of 28 days, John Adams showed up at closing to make sure we were taken care of. At closing that was the first time we physically met this great man. John shook our hands, said congratulations now let's get this closing done so you guys can go an enjoy your new purchase.
Since successfully closing on our house John Adams and I have become close personal friends. I later learned that John Adams is only just getting started. John works long hours ensuring each and every customer receives the top Mortgage Lending service they have ever experienced. John Adams has a huge respect for Veterans that sacrificed so much for their country, and proves himself with Veteran outreach meetings.
