I was on with customer service Quintan verified me by asking me questions then she sent me a text I…read moreadvised her of the number she texted me. Then she told me we have to do a video chat to verify I am who I said I am??? I thought really. My general question to her was how much my loan payment was because I was going to make a payment. I did not have my driver license available I asked her if a government issued passport would work she said no. I asked her the bank does not recognize this as a form of identification she said no. I called back and wanted to speak to a member of management to see if this was correct. Well wouldn't you know there is nobody available. I called back again press the button for mortgages I asked the representative if I could speak to a member of management she said sure. The individual I spoke to was Antonio I explained to him the frustration of having to get the amount of my payment on my loan and the hurdles Quinton put me thru I explained I answered all the questions I gave her the number on the text she sent to my phone - then she tells me know we have to set up A video chat to make sure I'm actually the person requesting the amount of my payment. Do you folks believe I had to go thru all that I do not know how to my payment was?? I explain to the girl I don't have my drivers license at this time would a government issued passport work she said no! Ok Vystar all I wanted was to know the amount of my payment was so I can make a payment. Well an employee makes or breaks a business at the rate of your customer reps and how they treat your members was all that necessary? Just to let you know I called back talked to another one of your associates but this time I did not have to answer half the questions Quintana asked me. I did not have to set up video chat the young man told me the amount of my payment and that was it. Open up your eyes Vystar because soon you folks will be in the same situation as 121 financial was now they are out of business!
