From the beginning, we were blessed with getting our Agent, Kylene Dean. Kylene is thorough, compassionate, and will devote herself to you as her client. We were amazed. Her team at Coastal Haven, John and her Partner, Andrew truly work together to make a complex process go smoothly. We had to travel to SJC from Arizona and had a short window to see houses. Kylene was like the Energizer Bunny and showed us so many choices. We ended up going with a new construction home and we are so thankful she was there to guide and represent us through the process. Kylene is a great negotiator and doesn't miss anything. Trust me, you need her when dealing with a builder representative. If you want an amazing realtor, Kylene Dean and the Coastal Haven Group are the absolute best. Andrew Micheal handled our remote closing and our keys were waiting for us after a cross-country move!! Every time I turn around I find out more instances where I was lied to and if I could, I would take them to court. For when you are buying a home you need to have trust. They are smooth talkers and have done a lot of business in this town but when the foundation is built on lies...well need I say more. The other thing that I find very interesting is that they themselves don't own a home here. I checked the property records. When I meet them they were renting. They are obviously still renting just making a tidy profit selling. But not willing to really any skin in the game. The real estate industry here is full of the good olde boys and girls. If you try to sell your home without one of them they don't want to show it to a client (they tag team and only sell within their own groups) I had that happen when I asked about a home which was for sale by owner, he refused to show it to me. I reget I didn't pursue it on my own. Another thing that happens if one of their group is not interested your home might sit for a year. I was also told that homes could not be architecturally changed (which is not necessarily so). There is HARB part of the city you go talk with them about historic homes. But they knew that. Didn't share the info. I was told they asked the neighbors about purchasing additional square feet on their adjoining property (neighbors never had that conversation with anyone). The seller's relator never showed up even at closing. My relator had a friend who worked for the builder. I saaid I didn't Ike the reviews oof the builder. I was told not to worry. I was lied to. I could go on and on. My advice find a company in Jacksonville.

We always received personalized attention, and while I know I was not their only customer, they made us feel like we were their only customers. In buying and selling homes with this team, I am most impressed by their professionalism and the level of customer service. With other agents I felt like I was just a process or one of hundreds of other customers the agent had, but they tailored the real estate experience to match our needs, our work schedules, our level of understanding the market, and most of all understood what we were looking for and worked to find it. They have as much time to offer as was needed to answer questions, never rushing us. They guided us through the buying and selling process, and were available at any time and any day we needed them. If you want the best service, support and a team that knows the real estate business, then look no further! You won't be disappointed.

When we first met with Jesse, he was incredibly personal and treated us just like family. In this day and age, it is hard to find someone in business who really seems to care, but Jesse took the time to truly get to know us and our family, and he shared about himself and his own family as well. He was also very thorough in explaining exactly how the entire sales process would work from start to finish, which gave us complete peace of mind. It was so nice to have someone like him working with us. It was a probate house that hadn't been updated in decades and needed an enormous amount of repair work--including a new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, wallpaper and popcorn ceiling removal, full painting, and so much more. Jesse bought the house completely as-is, and we didn't have to do a single thing. He handled every problem as it came up and completely took care of solving all the issues throughout the entire purchasing process. From the very first day we met Jesse until the day we closed took less than 54 days total. In fact, once the probate process officially cleared, he closed the entire deal in less than a week. Jesse was always responsive, dealt with us with total honesty and fairness, and got us the very best price we could have hoped for. We highly recommend Jesse and his company to anyone looking for a hassle-free sale and a great price.

Florida and were looking at houses in various areas in N.E. Florida. I originally contacted Christine through one of her listings that I saw on Zillow. Although that house wasn't the right fit for us, we ended up looking at more than 20 houses over a period of a few months because we wanted some very specific features and we just weren't able to find the perfect house. We finally found our perfect home and Christine was instrumental throughout the entire process. She consistently showed patience, knowledge of the local market, and a genuine commitment to our best interests. She would ask great questions to the sellers or their agent that I would have never thought to ask. There were a couple other things that really stuck out while working with Christine. The first thing was that she pointed out the all the negatives of a house which surprised us because I quickly realized that she was more interested in finding us the perfect house than making a quick commission. Her willingness to highlight the negatives of each property truly showed her commitment to ensuring our satisfaction. The second thing was that she never once tried to pressure us to buy any of the houses we saw. It was refreshing to work with someone who prioritizes finding the right home over making a quick sale. If you are looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable and has your best interest before their own, I highly recommend reaching out to Christine Hall and speaking with her regarding your needs whether you are planning to buy or sell a house.
