But Tuan has been dealing with all the challenges with me, side-by-side we fought a tough battle and finally won. I recently refinanced with Loan Factory to obtain a very competitive rate for a 10 year mortgage. I was a little hesitant due to never heard of this company before. I did my research and decided to give this company a chance. I did not regret one bit with my decision to go with Loan Factory at all. My loan processor, Linh Nguyen, from Atlanta branch was phenomenal, she made the whole process so seamlessly easy. Linh and her team managed to secure a low rate of 2.625% (the market rate at that time was around 2.7% or higher) for my mortgage and I have never heard of this before but for a closing cost of only a measly $400 plus. I was expecting to shell out thousand of dollars for the closing cost but I was extremely surprise to pay so little. It was the best experience I've ever had in refinancing a mortgage. I've done refinanced a dozen of times with the 3 houses we owned through almost 30 years. Tuyen Vuong did an awesome job! She got it done in 2 weeks and 3 days from the time I contacted her to the day we signed the closing documents. She managed to got me the 2.5% 15 year term and just $294.89 closing cost. She saved me almost $2,000 in closing cost and .25% lower, if I were continuing with US Bank Mortgage. I really enjoyed working with her through the process. Tuyen Vuong, Will Le, and team went above and beyond in my refinancing. Rate was unbelievable low, and lender credit ended up more than it was estimated when the rate was locked. There was a hiccup with the previous lender that the payoff wire was rejected. As a result, I was charged for extra interest by the previous lender until they finally accepted the wire.
