When we moved South, Glen Brown made the transition of moving our MA policy to GA super smooth. Like, one phone call and an email and done. No worries! We were able to get a great rate on our renters insurance too. Now we are buying a home and Glen was, again, super efficient at getting us a home owners quote that was very comparable to other companies, and still beat them in price. I only write reviews when I'm wowed or pissed and I have been more than pleased with all aspects of our dealings with this Allstate agency...customer service, speed, attentiveness, price and quality. Not to mention, I can do everything I need to online if I need to.

Despite numerous efforts to cancel this insurance policy, I continue to be an unfortunate policy owner that is being asked to pay $997 for a home I sold almost two years ago! I have visited the Buford office, spoken to five AFI agents via phone on seven different occasions, and asked my realtor who sold the home almost two years ago to intervene as well with closing documentation. Still, American Family Insurance persist to pester me with multiple growing bills and phone calls about home insurance bills for a home I no longer own! Also, I never received a refund from the policy that I cancelled. So not only have they stolen my hard earned money, they are continuously try to steal more from a hard working teacher. This is beyond frustrating and sheer stupidity. I will never procure any product and/or service from this business again!
