This is a bit of an older centre, but could still merit 4 stars since it has a few things going for it: a warm kiddie/family pool, squash courts, multipurpose rooms available to rent (and you can rent the pool itself for parties), and a few other things.
But what bothers me about this place are some of the patrons, and the lack of action on behalf of staff. My son has been coming here for lessons a couple weeks now, and it's common to see several parents walking through the showers and onto the pool deck with outdoor shoes on. You can literally see dirty water form whenever someone does this, and that's going in the pool or what your showing amongst.
It's sad that it's not common knowledge and practice for all people to avoid this, but the facility also has a responsibility to post signs and enforce these rules. Both times I've spoken with staff, they agree with me but never acknowledge that they will do something about it and try to pass responsibility. (I.e. "talk to someone else). It speaks to the culture of this particular centre, as there's other city run facilities which don't have this issue.
